Other things to note
PLEASE READ. THANK YOU!

***Note that due to the risk of the bluff, we do not allow children under 12. Additionally, we require a rental agreement with a liability waiver to be signed for each booking.***

There is an RV/NEMA 14-50/LEVEL 2 charger for EV charging, but please bring your own cable just in case the one at the house malfunctions.

Note that the wind on the bluff can be intense at times based the on weather conditions.

***Given the wooded nature, expect more wildlife and insects than you would typically see in the city. Although we treat for pests regularly, you may want to bring outdoor fogger for stays in the spring and summer if you are sensitive to insects.***

Snow/Inclement Weather: Although relatively infrequent, it does snow in the area. A four-wheel drive vehicle will be helpful in snow. Please see Airbnb's policy for weather events for more information.

I love the life experiences that travel can offer. I’m also into hiking and being in nature. As owner of the Window Rock A-frame, the ability to have a house built in your own vision and see others appreciate it via Airbnb has been very gratifying.
