Starting on Wednesday, October 14, and probably finishing on October 20 - depending on the weather - there will be cleaning of the sidewalks and curbs at Turnberry Park.
Please BACK UP ALL vehicles 2 FEET from all sidewalks/curbs in Turnberry Park during the dates listed above. Please DO NOT park vehicles over the sidewalks. If the sidewalks and curbs have been washed in your area, it is safe to park up to the curb. All guests are asked to please stay out of all work areas and let the workers do their job. Work hours are from 7:30 am until 7:30 pm.
⭐Premium Linens: Unlike many rentals, we professionally wash all quilts and blankets (not just the sheets) after every guest for a truly fresh stay.
⭐There are stairs (approx 12 steps) from the ground level to the second floor. There is no elevator.
⭐Fragrance & Sensitivities: Our cleaning team uses high-quality, coastal-scented products to keep the home inviting. We provide complimentary laundry detergent for your use; however, if you have specific fragrance sensitivities, we welcome you to bring your preferred products.
⭐Trip Insurance: To protect your investment, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This is especially important during hurricane season (June–November), as we are unable to provide refunds for weather-related disruptions, travel delays, or unexpected illnesses.

Strict Vehicle Limit: A maximum of two (3-4) vehicles is permitted per reservation.
Prohibited Vehicles: Please note that motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property by the HOA.
