The apartment is located in the very same downtown of Santiago, close to the main spots like the goverment palace, the central market, the biggest park of Santiago, San Cristóbal Hill, and many attractions that you can reach easily by walking.
Since the apartment is in the downtown it has four subway stations very close to it. Also right at the front of the building´s entrance there´s a bus stop. It´s really very easy moving from here to any place of Santiago.
The apartment itself has one bedroom with bathroom in suite, a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen with nice view to the terrace, a cozy living room with a futon and a 32" TV.
The apartment also includes clean towels, bed sheets, bed spreads and a hair dryer.
The building has relaxing facilites as swimming pool, gym, laundry room and a outstanding barbecue place at 33th floor with breathtaking views of Santiago. ¡ POOL, GYM AND LAUNDRY ROOM NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT!

Thanks for choosing this apartment! I have worked very hard to give you a comfortable place, nicely decorated and with all the amenities for you having a nice stay.
I know you´ll take care of this place but here are some small tips:
- If you want to smoke you can do it in the terrace
- Remember to lock the door everytime you go out.
- Turn off the lights if you´re not using it (and the place will be cooler as well!)
- Use the stove hood or kitchen hood if you´re going to fry something :)
That´s it! Enjoy the place!
Ivan's apartment was great! Perfect location and Ivan was very helpful replying to all our enquiries and providing accommodation over New Years Eve last minute.
Iván is quick to respond to messages and provides more than one way to contact him, which is very nice.
We had a bit of a misunderstanding when we first arrived to the apartment building - Iván had to switch our rooms last minute which wasn't communicated to me, so it took a few minutes of discussing and phone calls with the security men at the front door to figure it out. We also weren't aware that one of Iván's coworkers would stop by and ask for a photo of a passport and customs form.
The apartment is very centrally located in Santiago within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to some big ticket items like Plaza de Armas, La Moneda, Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino, etc. There is easy access to little convenience stores nearby and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood feels fairly safe. Other neighborhoods like Bellavista and Lastarria were a good 25 minute walk. The 33rd floor of the apartment offers phenomenal open-air views of Santiago (try it at sunset). During our stay we didn't have access to the pool or laundry, which was a bit of a bummer.
We had four stay in the apartment, which was definitely a stretch. The futon is newer, but not necessarily comfortable, especially for two people. Two or three people would be the perfect capacity for this apartment. A few towels and small soaps are offered, in addition to a few blankets and sheets for the futon. The floor was a bit dirty upon arrival and the trash had not been removed. Otherwise, it was a decently clean room. The balcony is very small, but allows for two people to sit comfortably. The walls are paper thin, so our Friday and Saturday nights were quite noisy due to loud music down the hall. Bring ear plugs (and an eye mask)! Overall, it was nice to be able to cook in the apartment and save a little money, we are very pleased.
Thanks for your review Bree!!! I'm sorry about the initial misunderstanding, we are reviewing the information we sent to our guest to improve that!
We are also improving on cleaning procedures to prevent things like that happening again!
I hope you had a great time staying with us!
The apartment was nice and central and a great base to explore from. The flat is a bit tired and the photos on the website are very flattering, but has all the amenities you need for a short stay.
We had a slight issue on the first night when the key given didn't work leaving us locked in for a few hours until someone could come and drop off another key.
Ivan was helpful but we never met him, it was his colleague who handed over the initial keys. It was a shame that she spoke no English, however she called Ivan so he could explain where things were etc.
Two things to note are that the flat is listed under an agency and that the gym, laundry room etc in the photos aren't available at the moment. This was said on the listing but still a disappointment.
Overall a good, central option for a visit to santiago.
The host was great and was somewhat easy to get a hold of if you have Wi Fi, which is hard to find in that particular area. However his assistant was great and she came down to meet us and store our luggage while we we were waiting for the room to be cleaned.
The neighborhood seemed difficult to find initially both with cab drivers and our friends that came to meet us, but was easy to get around on foot.
The space was nice, but the street was incredibly loud all through the night, so if you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs like i did. Also it was extremely hot in the apartment and no cooling device such as ceiling fan or a/c unit, so hard to sleep as it was muggy and if the window was open , once again it was quite noisy.
Other than that, the apartment was clean and they even left soap and sample size bottles of shampoo and conditioner which were a nice touch. No problem checking out either and very close to the airport.
The location of the apartment was perfect, very close to all the main attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Ivan was very helpful, assiting us with airport transfers and bag storage which was really appreciated. He was also very quick to respond to any queries. We would definitely recommend staying here.
The flat was very nice and well equipped. It was a bit noisy but that usually doesn't bother me. The flat was quite clean and the lady (Lisbet) who showed us around was very helpful. A downside was that the flat was not ready when we arrived despite informing Ivan on the time of arrival beforehand. But, at least, we could leave the luggage and go for a wonder. Everything else was uncomplicated and smooth.
I needed to stay in Santiago for the night because my friend's flight was very late in the evening. Iván's place was great -- the location was ten blocks from Los Heroes where the Centropuerto bus to the airport can be found.
The apartment was clean, spacious, and clean. It was well-equipped and communication with Iván was easy and he was quick to respond. Two important factors was that it had Wifi and was in a safe neighborhood. Plaza de Armas was within walking distance as well as Mercado Central.
