Located in the beautiful town of Brooksville, only 10 mins from Holbrook Island Sanctuary, 15 minute scenic drive to Blue Hill and Deer Isle/Stonington or 1 hour to Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. 2 story dwelling, open floor plan with spiral staircase to loft bedroom with queen bed. First level has a sofa bed and queen size air mattress with built-in pump. Fully enclosed bathroom on first level as well as enclosed utility with washer and dryer. Electric heat pump for heating and air-conditioning needs. Electric car charger and fire pit.
