Spacious apartment on the Plateau Mont-Royal, in a highly desirable, trendy location with 1 queen size bed and 1 queen size sofa bed, and Air Conditioning.

Suitable for up to four people.

Fully furnished apartment all to yourself, with private entrance, hard wood floor, high ceiling, and very beautiful private outdoor patio (124 sq f).

The location is great. It’s well known to be safe and secure, right near public transportation to get to the main attractions and just few blocks from everything.

One minute walk to bus no: 24 which operates every 5 minutes non-stop 20 hours a day, and it connects the East to the West of the city, going past the Park Lafontaine, the Village, Museums, art galleries, UQAM, McGill, and Concordia University, and more.

In addition, in less than 7 minutes you can walk to the Metro-(green line).

If you are driving, parking is very easy to find, free of charge, and frankly, for downtown this is a real gift.

The area is central but has a very leafy, quiet, friendly neighborhood feel.

The apartment is on the top floor of a two-story house. This way it's bright and sunny, and there is no one on top of you. Also the view is very nice.

  • Our stay with Tony was wonderful. When we arrived he personally greeted us and told us all we would need to know about the place. He also had maps and information on Montreal and even had snacks in the fridge for us! The apartment was in a great spot with travel time to Old Town and Downtown very small. There are also plenty of shops around which was really convenient for us. A great stay overall!

  • This is a comfortable place in a great location, with frequent bus service connecting to downtown and further east. Tony was a very courteous host, and was ready to answer any and all questions we had. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

  • just came back from a 4 day stay at tony's apt with a friend of mine. we had a great stay. tony was really friendly. he met us at the apt to give us the keys, gave us a tour of the apartment and even sat down to tell us about the neighbourhood, and introduce us to montreal. he was really prepared, providing us with maps and directions too.
the apartment is exactly like how it looks in the pictures. it was clean, cozy, bright, and comfortable. i especially loved the skylight in the living room. area was great. only took us like 15 minutes to drive everywhere we wanted to go. area was nice and quiet.
parking was really easy, lots of spaces on the street. we never took the metro, but tony explained to us it was just down the street. we saw buses pass by his street honestly like ever 5 minutes.
I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for hosting us Tony!

  • Nous avons fait un séjour nord américain qui passait obligatoirement par Montréal. Tony et son appartement nous a permit de profiter de cette ville que nous avons découvert sous le froid légendaire du Canada.

  • I can't say enough about how wonderful this apartment -- and Tony -- is. My wife and I came to Montreal in February for two nights and immediately regretted that we hadn't booked a longer trip. The apartment is centrally located, but extremely quiet and peaceful. Even in February, the walk to the metro wasn't too far, and it was wonderful having the Pharmaprix and other shops and restaurants so close by. I don't know why anyone would choose a hotel over this apartment. There was plenty of space, and my wife and I felt at home as soon as we arrived. Having Tony right downstairs turned out to be indispensable. He provided us with maps, directions, advice, and even helped us move our car a few times (although having to do that is a rarity in that neighborhood -- they were plowing the streets after a big storm). His personal attention and generosity made our trip even more special. We will certainly be back -- maybe in the summer this time to make use of that balcony! Thank you so much, Tony!

  • Tony is the perfect host! We had difficulties getting to Montreal because our car broke down and we arrived to Tony shoveling the road to make room for our car...DIRECTLY in front of the apartment even though he was coming down with a cold. That was above and beyond our expectations. There were many other spots along the street. He took a moment to give us an overview of the neighborhood, make restaurant recommendations and left us snacks and supplies for breakfast in the fridge.

The apartment place is quite large, open, bright, clean and comfortable. It was so easy to get around the city from here with buses and Metro just around the corner. We will definitely come back.

  • 500 words is not enough to explain how amazing this place was. I would need another 500 to explain how awesome Tony's hospitality is. It was clean, comfortable and bright. He had left cereal and milk for breakfast as well as coffee. It was better than any hotel I have ever stayed in and I have travelled the world through my career and stayed in some very upscale hotels. The price was unbeatable and the location was great. The bed was super comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets/pillows. You can do groceries and get beer/wine within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here when we visit Montreal again. Thanks Tony! You're amazing :)
