This apartment exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. It was convenient to the metro, safe, had ample/free parking, and all amenities we needed.

The location is great. It’s well known to be safe and secure, right near public transportation to get to the main attractions and just few blocks from everything.
One minute walk to bus no: 24 which operates every 5 minutes non-stop 20 hours a day, and it connects the East to the West of the city, going past the Park Lafontaine, the Village, Museums, art galleries, UQAM, McGill, and Concordia University, and more.
In addition, in less than 7 minutes you can walk to the Metro-(green line).
If you are driving, parking is very easy to find, free of charge, and frankly, for downtown this is a real gift.
The area is central but has a very leafy, quiet, friendly neighborhood feel.
The apartment is on the top floor of a two-story house. This way it's bright and sunny, and there is no one on top of you. Also the view is very nice.

Here are few simple rules to make sure everyone in the house is comfortable:
*Please do not wear outdoor shoes indoors.
*Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
*Please keep the noise level down after 11 PM, as homes are made of wood in Montreal and anything loud will disturb other guests.

Encore merci Tony
Tony was a wonderful host, Stopped by after we arrived to go over a few questions we had as well as making sure there was no issues. Kept in touch during the trip just in case we had any questions.
The apartment was very clean and cozy, slightly cold but with wood flooring and Canadian winter you can't expect anything else. There were maps and tourist guide books for us to use that proved helpful for us to not become crazy lost. We really appreciated the extra parking area in the grocery store across the street, not being very familiar with the way parking works in the city.
A wonderful experience to say the least and we can't wait to come back to beautiful Montreal!
Tony made us feel very welcome. We were travelling with our 2.5 year old and our 7 month old so we were looking for a comfortable, well located home base. This apartment fit the bill perfectly.
Tony is a champ! We stayed at his apartment over Christmas, and although we did not get to meet him, we felt his hospitality throughout our stay. He very thoughtfully left us some cold beer, milk and eggs, and provided us with a list of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area. Where he really shined was when we left behind a small suitcase in the apartment. Tony went above and beyond and mailed the suitcase to us. Amazing!
Now, to the apartment itself. Very nice apartment and although I do not know Montreal well, I believe it was a great location as well. We were about a 15-minute cab ride from most places we visited, and there is a subway station close to the apartment which got us downtown in short order. The apartment had everything we required and was clean and orderly. The only thing that was a surprise was that there are stairs leading up to the apartment - but who doesn't need a little exercise from time to time?!
We would 100% recommend Tony's apartment in Montreal. It was fantastic accommodation and Tony made it so much more so!
Tony is a great host! The location is wonderful, very close to everything, 15 minutes walk and you'll be reaching all major Montreal attractions. Pharmacy in front of the buidling, we use it many times.
It's a perfect place for a family, we traveled with our 2 1/2 years old and 3 months sons, we had a great time! Laundry onsite is a plus, very convinient! Parking is super easy and safe. Comfortable beds, clean linens and quiet place.
Tony is a very nice host. He gave us an overview of Montreal once we arrived and all the essential information about this wonderful city. This place is cozy and nice. One bed is in the living room which has less privacy, but we were totally fine with that. The only problem of this place is the shower, seems like the size of the hot water tank is small so it takes some time to heat up the water once you use it up. The hot water is fine for two showers, but if you travel in a group my suggestion is to wait for about 30 minutes between each shower. Except this, our stay at Tony's place was great.
Excellent host! Met us to give us a very detailed explanation of all we need to know in Montreal. Also supplied us with choices of breakfast food. Clean and nice place. Has a flight of staircase before the main door. Free street parking.
