Simply amazing! we had a great time, and if we come to montreal again, and Tonys room ias available! we will definitely stay there again!! Thanks, Tony for a wonderful place!
I can't say enough about how wonderful this apartment -- and Tony -- is. My wife and I came to Montreal in February for two nights and immediately regretted that we hadn't booked a longer trip. The apartment is centrally located, but extremely quiet and peaceful. Even in February, the walk to the metro wasn't too far, and it was wonderful having the Pharmaprix and other shops and restaurants so close by. I don't know why anyone would choose a hotel over this apartment. There was plenty of space, and my wife and I felt at home as soon as we arrived. Having Tony right downstairs turned out to be indispensable. He provided us with maps, directions, advice, and even helped us move our car a few times (although having to do that is a rarity in that neighborhood -- they were plowing the streets after a big storm). His personal attention and generosity made our trip even more special. We will certainly be back -- maybe in the summer this time to make use of that balcony! Thank you so much, Tony!
Tony is the perfect host! We had difficulties getting to Montreal because our car broke down and we arrived to Tony shoveling the road to make room for our car...DIRECTLY in front of the apartment even though he was coming down with a cold. That was above and beyond our expectations. There were many other spots along the street. He took a moment to give us an overview of the neighborhood, make restaurant recommendations and left us snacks and supplies for breakfast in the fridge.
The apartment place is quite large, open, bright, clean and comfortable. It was so easy to get around the city from here with buses and Metro just around the corner. We will definitely come back.
500 words is not enough to explain how amazing this place was. I would need another 500 to explain how awesome Tony's hospitality is. It was clean, comfortable and bright. He had left cereal and milk for breakfast as well as coffee. It was better than any hotel I have ever stayed in and I have travelled the world through my career and stayed in some very upscale hotels. The price was unbeatable and the location was great. The bed was super comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets/pillows. You can do groceries and get beer/wine within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here when we visit Montreal again. Thanks Tony! You're amazing :)
Tony est un excellent hôte, son appartement est bien situé et très confortable! Il nous a transmis de nombreux conseils et est très réactif en cas de besoin. Impeccable! Merci!
Tony's place was spacious, clean, and very well appointed. Getting to the apartment was a breeze, with the subway close by and multiple bus lines directly across the street.
There was fresh bread, eggs, cereal when we arrived and Tony dropped by to say hello and welcome us to Montreal. He even shared with us a list of good restaurants and bars nearby.
Overall, we had a great time in Montreal (despite the cold!) and do plan to come back. Tony even offered to drive us to Gare Central the morning of our departure -- above and beyond!
Just PERFECT! We arrived late at the apartment, Tony had left us the keys and a little welcoming message! Once in the apartment, the welcome was very warm: : Map on the table, explanations for the TV and wifi ... And besides, the dishes in the fridge ... In short, happiness! The apartment is very nice and very well located! We have had a great time whith the advice of Tony .I recommend this apartment and its owner
This listing was perfect for our visit to Montreal. It was spacious, clean, and close to public transportation. If we're back in the city we will likely stay here again!
Tony was such a wonderful host, greeting us on arrival and making sure we had everything we needed to settle in. He even left us things for breakfast which, after a long train ride, we're very much appreciated.
The apartment itself was gorgeous! Much bigger than we expected and full of excellent amenities like the washer dryer and information of local attractions and restaurants.
The metro was a short walk away, if we could do it in minus 22 degree weather than anyone can and the bus was literally just across the street.
All in all a great way to explore Montreal. We had an amazing time at Tony's place!
