The space
Wednesday is the cleaning day of the pool hence not allowed to swim every Wednesday but guests can still hang out to the pool lobby and enjoy the view.

2. Please remove your shoes before entering the house and avoid wearing shoes on the carpet.
3. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house.
4. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
5. Swimming pool access is available for an additional fee of ₱250 per person, per day. The pool is closed every Wednesday for scheduled cleaning and maintenance. Guests are welcome to relax in the pool area and enjoy the view, but swimming is not permitted on Wednesdays.
6. Parties, catered events, and event setups with tables and chairs are not allowed.
7. Please park only in the designated parking garage. Do not park along the roadside. Additional parking is available near the Administration/Infinity Pool area.
8. Feel free to enjoy the karaoke, electric scooter, basketball, playing cards, books, and other amenities. Kindly return all items to their original location after use.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Kitchenware, utensils, rice cooker, and pressure cooker are provided. However, cooking ingredients such as oil, soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and other food items are not provided to help prevent ants and pests.
11. Karaoke is available for your enjoyment. Please keep the volume at a respectful level after 10:00 PM to comply with community quiet hours.
12. Please note that the sunroom may experience minor water drips during heavy rain. This area was added primarily to provide shade from the sun and rain.
13. The electric scooter has a maximum weight limit of 75 kg. For safety reasons, only one rider at a time is permitted.
14. Please follow the swimming pool's required swimwear policy.
