Interaction with Guests
I do love interact with cutural, passionate and experienced people from all over the world. Their language, traditions, lifestyle and unknown things for me.
Very quite and safe neighborhood and a great starting point to conquer the whole city in a couple of days. It is full of bars to have breakfast and good tapas. Friendly and multicultural environment. Very close to "Basilica de la Macarena", "Al-Andalus Fortress" and a variety of arquitectural styles from romanic period till neo-barroc.
Smoking is not allowed into the flat.
It is important to be quiet after midnight and try to close the doors softly.
Thanks in advance
Adriano and Nina were very friendly and welcoming. Their home is beautiful and clean. The room we stayed in was exactly as the pictures showed and described. The bed was comfortable and we had a private bath (but shared shower). It's warm in the summer, so we recommend keeping the bedroom door slightly open so that air can circulate through the room, which really helped to cool it off. The location wasn't as central and convenient as we would have liked, but the rate and private/safe parking made the long walks worth it...plus, we got to see ALL of Sevilla!
Dear Michelle, it was very nice to meet you. Just a few things to let you know: we do have A/C in the bedroom and the shower is specified how it works in my profile as the A/C.
Next time just read details before you book the room to avoid misunderstandings or ask for what you may need because I will solve your necessities with so much pleasure .
Adriano went out of his way, to pick me up at the airport, knowing ahead of time that I am handicapped. His lovely wife Nina made a deliecious paella for the arrival of myself and two other airbnb visitors.
Adriano also helped take me to the airport at the end of my stay.
Nina and Adriano were very helpful and gave great recommendations. The room is bright and clean and we were able to use the kitchen. We walked everywhere, but it is 2-3 miles to the far part of the old city. The flamenco show is a must! The door to our room didn't lock but we had no problems.
We enjoyed our stay at Adriano's apartment! He was very helpful upon arrival and gave us good recommendations for tapas and flamenco. The apartment was nice, clean and he even provided breakfast foods. The location is a short bus ride from the central area and attractions. It was also easy to get to the apartment from the train station but follow his directions!! There aren't really any street signs and it could get confusing otherwise.

About the Host, Adriano
I´m a peaceful and funny person, social and extroverty. I am 37 years old, I work as a teacher and tennis table coach in Seville, I love speaking languages, travelling and dancing. I have visited many countries in the world and such a beautiful experiences in every one. I live in Seville which is a really nice city . It is a perfect place to do sightseeing, walking, eating tapas and having fun all the night. You can learn basic flamenco and I could introduce you in some unknown´flamenco places that they are impossible to find it for yourself.
One of my favorite films is The Godfather, Ben Harper as a musician and varieties of foods (Spanish, Russian, Italian...). I really enjoy with open-mind guest, good travelers and independent people.
You have both things in one: hosteling and a tour guide at home to place you in the right position along the city.
