The space
Casa di Pupa is a lovely, cosy family home in the village of Minies.
A two bedroom, independent, single story house, surrounded by a small garden and a terrace with a magnificent view over the airport area to the Ionian Sea.
Our principal guide in decorating and general setup of the house was to make this space stylish, cozy and friendly for guests who love a relaxing, leisurely vacation. The house is fully airconditioned and equipped for families or small groups to have a comfortable stay. Our kitchen and dining area can handle any guests’ needs, the living room provides a nice indoor relaxing spot, but we are certain you won’t be using it much.
Our jewel and pride is the amazing view from the veranda, overlooking the sea over the airport valley. Exquisite view that we made sure you can enjoy day or night. We have an outside dining setup plus some sunbeds, so you can enjoy meals and drinks outside. In the back our small garden and pergola covered patio can also provide some shaded outside space for those times the sun could be too much.
All and all, Casa di Pupa has been a fruit of care and attention to your comfort. We are absolutely certain that it will be an amazing base for an unforgettable vacation.

Neighborhood highlights

Minies is a small quiet village on the hills overlooking the airport area and the sea beyond. Very central to the island, less than 10' away from the capital and main city of Argostoli.
There are numerous beaches all around us: Spasmata, Megali Ammos, Eglina and Ammes around the airport. Avithos, Ai Helis a bit further to the east, or Makris and Platis Gialos, Paliostafida, Gradakia and all the rest around Lassi and towards Argostoli. All these and more are within 5-10' drive and some even closer that you can walk to.
If you care to explore the island, again the central location means that you can do it as easily as possible. Of course Kefalonia, being a very large island and with a huge mountain in the middle requires a car and really begs you to explore it. Our magical island's combo of mountain and sea, all kinds of unique beach types and all the little villages, and sights spread all around will give you day and days of exploration and discovery.
