Impeccable 2 bedroom condo including pool, hottub and fitness room in the middle of vibrant Queen West and trendy Liberty Village.

The Space

A rare 2 bdrm condo with city view!

This professionally designed two bedroom suite will satisfy the fussiest of travelers. The minimalist yet comfortable design will make you feel like you're in a "home away from home" while having all of the necessary amenities to make your stay perfect. It is sandwiched between both Liberty Village and Queen West.

Our living space comfortably holds 4 people, has a comfortable carpet, HD TV, Premium Cable, a DVD player, Internet and walks out to an oversized Balcony that has an expansive Skyline view.

The Kitchen has a brand new Bar style island with 4 bar stools to make entertaining with cocktails or dinner a synch. We have plenty of glassware, table ware, a coffee maker, Toaster and Utensils. The appliances are stainless steel and counters are granite.

The master bedroom is large and has a closet, dresser, HD TV and connects to the ensuite bathroom. The linens are new and there is an alarm clock ipod doc on the side table.

The bathroom has plenty of fresh towels, a shower and tub to relax in after a long day of city exploration.

The second bedroom is a comfortable double and looks out onto the balcony.

The building features a pool, gym, auto buzzer, visitor parking, garbage shoot, etc.

Transit is very accessible from our unit. The King St Street Car (TTC) stops down the street and will take you into the center of the city within 10-15 minutes. If you walk up to Queen street ( 3 minute walk) you can catch the Queen st Street Car(TTC) which will take you to Nathan Phillips square, city hall, and Yonge and Dundas Square within 15 minutes or so.

Right across the street in Liberty Village you will find
• A Metro Grocery Store

• Starbucks

• banks

• Good life gym

• yougerties/Jamba Juice

• Sushi/PHO

• Balzacs coffee

• Liquor store/Beery Store

• Amazing restaurants and bars

a 10 Minute walk will take you to BMO field (where the Toronto FC plays). You can get to The National Exhibition, Direct Energy Center and Molson Amp (great summer concerts). We are perfectly situated for entertainment needs.

On Queen Street you will find restaurants/bars/night life:

• The Gladstone Hotel

• The Drake

• Brooklyn Bar

• The Beconsfield

• Happy Child

• Bear and Dog

• Stones Place

• Cadillac Lounge

Also there are: Small Galleries and Museums, Boutique and vintage clothing stores, quick food and great furniture stores.

Our space is brand new and we would love to entertain you and your guests whenever you're coming to Toronto.

We have our own assigned parking spot for the unit - each night you are allowed to park one car and on occasion may be granted visitor parking as well.

Check In
  • I have to agree with the vast majority of previous reviewers - Danielle's condo provided a perfect base for our Toronto visit. It was tidy, well-laid out, well-equipped and well-located. The check-in/out process was seamless and the underground parking spot and building amenities were major pluses. When you compare this condo to a hotel in terms of value for dollar, there is no doubt that the condo comes out on top. Danielle was lovely to deal with - super communicative throughout the whole process, checking in with us regularly during our one-month stay. Thanks, Danielle!

  • The check in/ out process was extremely easy and Danielle provided detailed directions. The condo was great, neat, and well-kept with a reserved parking spot which was good and took away the stress of finding parking spot. The kitchen was had enough utensils for 4 of us to have dinner one night (including wine glasses). We had issue with garage door opener but Danielle was able to buzz us in via phone even late at night! We had good experience and I will recommend her place to everyone.

  • Danielle was a great host, friendly and helpful, Check in and out was easy. The Location is great just 2 mins walk from the Street cars that take 5 to 10 mins into Downtown, or walk it down the busy Kings or Queen streets in 30 Minuets.

  • Danielle's apartment is in a great location - easy walking distance to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. We also enjoyed using the gym, pool and steam room. The suite is also clean and nicely furnished, and we'd have loved to use the good-sized balcony if the weather had been better during our stay. Check in and check out was easy and convenient, and Danielle was very accommodating when I had to move our check-in time. She also delivered a new hair dryer when we realized that one must have gone missing from the apartment. Thanks for the stay!

  • A good experience in Toronto! This condo is in a great location. . . convenient to public transportation and an easy walk to lots of great spots. Very, very comfortable beds, nice layout. Bring a hair dryer.

  • Unfortunately the place needed cleaning and a $40 cleaning fee isn't worth it when the place is obviously dirty.
That being said the place has great location good balcony and comfy beds.

    Response from Danielle:

Unfortunately Jan did not mention any issues at the time. This was the first we heard of this. We believe that his expectations may have been set too high though. When we asked him he mentioned dust under the coffee table. We did learn from this by adding exactly the routine our cleaner will follow to the house manual when you first book.

  • Danielle was easy to get hold of and answered all of my questions. We managed to get into the apartment block fine after working out the intercom system (which took some time), we were very impressed with how modern the building was. The apartment itself was brilliant, spotlessly clean, ultra modern with a fabulous view of the Toronto skyline. The master bedroom was spacious with a large wardrobe and digital TV. The smaller bedroom was also suitable for two adults sharing. Both bedrooms led onto a lovely clean bathroom. The open plan living/kitchen was large and had all required facilities to cook food and relax, leading onto the balcony with amazing views of the city. The only thing that stopped me giving it a 5 star was the distance from the city centre. You can get into the city centre quite quickly if you can get used to the public transport system (which is very poor for a major city). There are some nice quirky bars and restaurants that are located a short distance away from the apartment, we only found this out by talking to a guy in the next apartment (so maybe research before you go.

  • The place is great and exactly as advertised, easy to get to and in a great part of town. What Danielle doesn't mention is that she is walking distance to three of the best restaurants in Toronto: Union, the Drake Hotel, and Small Town Food. Great location, great space and the hosts are great.

  • We had a great weekend stay here! Fantastic location close to both Queen St W and King St W, the space was clean and nicely set out, great for two couples (who don't mind sharing an ensuite bathroom). Check in and out was super easy and required little coordination. Would recommend!

  • The condo was great, neat, and well-kept. The reserved parking spot is a big plus and the location is close to no shortage of options for restaurants.
