House uniquely offers (1) sleeping accommodations for up to 11 persons (consisting of one queen-size, two full-size, four single-size, and one air mattress beds), (2) thoroughly upgraded Arts and Crafts house with modern features set up clutter-free, and (3) location on the edge of campus, central to the town and close to everything by foot, cab or bus (less than a mile from the Big House).

The space

On the main floor you'll find a cozy living room with HD TV that opens to a modern kitchen. There is a full bath and two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other a full-size bed.

In the basement, there is another bedroom with a full-size bed, and another full bath.

In the loft, we have four single beds and an inflatable air-mattress. Plenty of room for a slumber party.

The garage is Ping Pong Central. We have a nice beer pong table available for setup in the back yard or driveway. The back yard offers a fire pit and gaming area.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house. The basement is, however, partitioned with a sliding door to set off the storage areas (personal items) and utilities.

John's house was the perfect place for a few graduate students to stay while attending a conference at the university. Everything was clean and comfy and the fire pit and ping pong out back were the cherry on top of a great stay.

John is a great host! We had 8 people stay comfortably in the house equipped with towels, bedding, water and yummy coffee. John responded to all of my messages immediately and the house was spotless. Definitely would recommend to a large group!

I reserved the house for my groomsmen to stay in for my Ann Arbor wedding. Was a great spot to be close enough to campus while also giving us ample room to hang out and get ready for the big day. This house is great for a group! The living room is a really nice spot to hangout and catch up. Little bit of a walk from campus but it is definitely walk able. Would definitely recommend!
