There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , 2 loungerooms, a large, modern kitchen, laundry with all conveniences, pool and entertaining deck.
All bedrooms have queen size bed and one also has a single bed.
2 lovely clean and modern Bathrooms with showers, the downstairs bathroom is shared with another guestroom. The upstairs bathroom is shared with the host.
Check in time is 12 noon. If you need to arrive earlier you may come and leave your bags and enjoy the amenities of the house. It may be that your room may not be ready due to cleaning schedules.
All this in a modern comfortable 4 bedroom house with pool, and parking available.
Close to The Barracks complex which includes Palace Cinemas and many lovely places to eat and drink. Walking distance to Paddington, South Bank, West End and the City. 200m walk to Suncorp stadium. The perfect place to stay on game night. 15 min to airport via the airport link tunnel. Easy access to freeways in all directions. Public transport is easy as I am situated 5 minute walk from Roma Street station which is the city's major bus terminal and ten minutes walk from Milton station. Buses to the city run up Caxton street which is a 2 minute walk.
Wifi from fast ADSL2+ is included.
I am very easy going and will try to help you as much as I can.

Interaction with Guests
My name is Blake and I am available for assistance and advice directly or by phone day or night. You may have as much or as little contact as you wish throughout your stay. That is entirely up to you and no offense is taken from those who prefer a more private stay.
Within a 200m radius you have at your disposal: Over half a dozen bars including Lefty's Old Time Music Hall & Brewski, Suncorp Stadium many restaurants that offer Thai, Indian, Mexican, German, Seafood and more. Palace Cinemas, Coles Supermarket and a mall with numerous shops.
150 metres from buses that will take you into the heart of the city and further if you desire.
600 metres to Roma St Train Station where you may catch a train to any area of Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or Ipswich.
10-15 minute walk to the centre of Brisbane CBD.
You can hail down a taxi on Caxton Street (2 min walk) quite easily.

**ATTENTION** PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR AT LEAST 4 GUESTS OR IF YOU PLAN ON SLEEPING IN SEPARATE BEDS IN OUR LARGER ROOM.
Airbnb are yet to give hosts the option to link listings that are in the same house so even though we can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests airbnb will not divide the guests over the rooms automatically. For this reason the price that airbnb quotes you may not be the actual price depending on how many guests you wish to book. The pricing structure is a follows:
Each room = $80 (first guest included in this price)
Every guest AFTER the 1st guest in each room = +$20
Use of the single bed = +$20 (This is only charged if there are only 2 people sleeping in the larger room and they wish to sleep in extra beds)
If you are wishing to book for 2 people in the larger room and wish to use the single bed please let us know when you make the booking.
Rate per night:
1 guest = $80
2 guests = $100
3 guests in one room = $120
3 guests in 2 rooms = $180
4 guests = $200
5 guests = $220
6 guests = $300
7 guests - $320
If you wish to have two (2) people sleep in 2 separate beds in our larger room +$20 to the booking for extra cleaning costs and costs of our linen service.
You can have a house key when you check in so are free to come and go as you please, but please be considerate of the other guests.
The owner of the house is often not at home as he works away which is where I come in. My name is Blake and I am the 'live-in caretaker' of the home. I will be handling your check-in/out and any inquiries that you have throughout your stay. I am happy to recommend local places to eat or get a drink as there are many within the vicinity.
A few days before your check-in you will be notified of the details of your stay along with directions to the home. We are flexible about check in and check out times, just let us know what your needs are and we'll do our best to look after you.
