Monica and her apartment provided the perfect retreat for us as a last sendoff from summer. Monica was a great host, meeting us at the apartment to get us settled and hand off the keys. She even made cookies for us before we arrived! The apartment itself is a quiet and comfortable place that has an ideal location for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend in DC. Ten minute walk into Dupont Circle or Georgetown and only a few more to Adams Morgan. Highly recommended listing and would definitely stay here again.
Mónica was a great host! She was friendly, and very responsive to questions. small touches, like leaving a map or having a house guest letter were very much appreciated. The apartment was even better than what I had expected from the listing. All in all, a fantastic experience and I would be happy to stay again!
This is a nice sunny studio that is about a 10 minute walk from the Georgetown waterfront or Dupont Circle. The D6 bus stops right in front every half hour and will take you downtown. The apartment is in an older building and has high ceilings and parquet floors. It has air conditioning. The host was great! The apartment was clean, everything was labeled and she even left us some cookies and chocolate. This was a great place to stay while spending a few days in DC.
Communication with Monica was very easy and every question that I had prior to my mother's and aunt's visit was replied to very promptly. We found Monica's manners very pleasant and professional.
Although we were only in George Town for a few days this apartment could not have suited us better. The location is ideal, 5 min walk to centre of town and a very pretty one too.
The room its self is comfortable and homely, exactly what i have come to expect from Air BNB far more pleasant than a hotel.
The "check in" was really easy and Monica was very helpfull throughout the whole process.
Thanks for every thing.
