Irina has a beautiful home. She was extremely helpful in setting up check in, especially because we were arriving late at night. She had a lock box set up which was great. Very spacious apartment, especially master bedroom, and beautiful kitchen. The apartment was *extremely* clean - the floors were literally shining. Almost felt bad using the place :) Great neighborhood dining (though we got a workout on those hills!). A great place for our next stay in SF.
We had a nice and quiet stay over a 3-day holiday weekend for my Uncle's wedding in San Francisco. Irina was exceptionally responsive to all communications, and "put up" with our delayed arrival (drove up from SoCal and our GPS took up across the Bay Bridge on a Friday night!)
The beds were comfortable, though the Twin bed and furniture in the 2nd room are geared for kids or petite Adult(s). Not sure how 6 adults would fit without getting into each other's way. The 2 bathrooms were great, very clean and new, and the kitchen was fabulous (though, no microwave or coffee maker for popcorn or caffeine junkies like us). A French Press is provided, so we learned something new...yippie!
Be aware closet and bathroom counter space is limited, as is frig and freezer space, so if you plan more than a 3-day stay, be sure to discuss with Irina (if you do not travel light or plan to eat mostly in the condo)...oh, bring PAPER BAGS for your food shopping!
The check-out process was simple and convenient. The price was very reasonable, and we would recommend to 4 or less Adults / kids due to sleeping areas and tight hallways.
Our stay was a last minute arrangement when another fell through. Irina was a "lifesaver." She was very helpful and her rental was actually better. Her home was perfect for our group in SF for a wedding. We five all felt that our stay in Irina's home was just what the doctor ordered. Great accommodations, great neighborhood, and great advice. I recommend Irina's home without reservation (pun intended).
Fabulous place in Potrero Hill. There's a working grand piano, a kids room which was perfect for my 19 month old and a amazing kitchen. We didn't rent a car but there's a space for one which is definitely handy as it's super hilly. I would definitely come back if given the opportunity.
We absolutely loved our stay here. Irina was very helpful and responsive to our questions from the moment we inquired about her home. When we arrived, she had left out notes on suggestions for places to eat/visit in the neighborhood as well as a helpful book on SF. Her home was very clean, organized and we felt at home while we stayed there.
It was nice to have a parking spot, but also nice that we could walk to the train to take in to the city. The views from her porch were wonderful and it's a quiet neighborhood with a fun park nearby if you have little kids.
Overall, we would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else!
Great place and good location!! A bit far from downtown butonly a short cab ride. The home is very nice and clean with an amazing view from the rooftop deck. Irina was very helpful and a gracious host. She even mailed me some items that i forgot to pack. I would recomend this place to anyone looking for a nice comfortable stay.
Our host contacted us while we were traveling to confirm what time we would be arriving at her home. She greeted us when we arrived and did a thorough job showing us around the home and explaining the house rules. Home was clean, neat and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We even had some recommendations for local restaurants, which was very helpful. She also left us a wonderful bottle of wine for us to enjoy once we were settled in. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our stay . Irina has a beautiful home and it was pleasure for us to stay there during our time in San Francisco. My family and I would stay again.
This was our first experience with airbnb and it could not have been any better. The condo is beautiful and very well located. We came to San Francisco to attend two baseball games and see the city. We were only a few minutes from AT&T Park, so getting to the stadium was quick and easy. Irina is super kind and accommodating and her home is so tranquil - it’s a great place to stay. Thank you, Irina, we would definitely come back!
Beautiful town home! Great place! Would love to stay there again!
Irena was a great host. The condo was lovely , clean and well equipped, and the rooftop deck was very convenient. We didn't actually meet but getting in was very easy and she checked in with us during the stay and gave some great tips on the city.
Convenient location, probably best if you have a car as it included Parking.
