The space
This Luxury Villa is located on the south pacific coast (4 hour drive) from SJO (San Jose Airport) The Villa was designed to have ocean/jungle views from every room. Over 2500 sq ft of living space including an amazing outdoor dining, sitting and BBQ area bordered by an infinity edge pool, A fully stocked modern kitchen with a huge island. Master bedroom has a king bed beautiful ocean views, walk in closet and private ensuite bath room with dual walk in rain showers , second bedroom has a king bed direct access to the second full bathroom with and private balcony. Third Bedroom has a queen size bed and a loft with a full size bed built in desk and a private balcony. Living room, kitchen, and all bed rooms are air conditioned. This eco-friendly Viila is powered by sustainable solar panels and battery backup. Villa is equipped with with Star link internet/WIFI 150Mbs + a work station is equipped with dual monitors and an adapter for windows or mac laptops making this a perfect place for Digital Nomads/remote workers 58" smart TV's in living room and master. The villa is only 3 minutes from the highway 4x4 is required. There is 3 beaches 15 to 20 minutes from the house and plenty of restaurants nearby. Private chef, and massages can be scheduled at the villa Adventures like Ziplining, white water rafting, snorkeling, surfing, deep sea fishing, water falls, hiking, golfing, horseback riding, coffee plantation tours and more await you!!!
