With me you will find a cozy and silent room in the middle of one of the most interesting districts Berlin has to offer - Friedrichshain.
I share this beautiful apartment with one flatemate. It is located on the Frankfurter Allee in one of the highly impressive Stalin buildings. They were built in the 1950s and belong to the architectural style called socialist classicism. In this apartment a piece of history is preserved and is ready to be discovered.
Your room is located to a silent backstreet and equipped with a cozy queen-size (140 x 200 cm) bed and beautiful old restored furniture. The beautiful cabinet and the commode provide much space for longer stays and suitcases can be cleverly hidden in an extra room without standing in the way. The bathroom with bathtub, scented candles invites you to a relaxing bath. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for you.
In the kitchen you find your way around easily and you're invited to cast your own menus and enjoy this in our comfy kitchen.
All the best
You will have access to everything you need in order to have a enjoyable stay at our flat. We live there two, so you will have to share the living-room, bath and kitchen with us.

In fact you are staying in one of the most magical regions of Berlin. Just around the corner you find the Simon-Dach-Kiez, where you can enjoy Berlin in numerous bars, cafes, restaurants, antique shops, and many other fine stores and shops. Also you can enjoy just a few walking minutes away the Boxhagener Platz. Here for example you find on the weekends a great food and flea market. So simply check-in and immediatley dive-in into the farraginious Berlin.
Right in front of the doorsteps you find the metro and tram station Frankfurter Tor. From here you have perfect connection to all relevant locations in Berlin. Almost all main destination are reachable within 10 to 15 minutes such as Alexanderplatz, Kreuzberg (Kottbusser gate) and the Prenzlauer Berg.

Lawrence and Jerome are great hosts! We liked our room a lot, it was clean and cozy. The place has a great location and we couldn't find any cons.
Thanks a lot!
Lawrence and Jerome are awesome and the place was decorated with a great taste.
Our room was big with a very comfy bed so we could get enough rest after a tiresome driving from Munchen.
Such a pity we didn't have more time in Berlin so we could enjoyed more with our friendly hosts!
I really hope we can see you guys again in the future.
Lawrence and his flatmate were very welcoming and let us use all the facilities in the kitchen. Next to that, their apartment is beautiful and big, just as the room we had. The place is well located with good connections to Alexanderplatz, Prenzlauerberg and Kreuzberg.
Lorenz und Anthony sind freundliche Gastgeber, das Zimmer ist super und die Lage perfekt. Vielen Dank.

I live in Berlin, I work in the startup ecosystem and while enjoying the city of Berlin I love hosting people from around the world and show them this beautiful and crazy city.
Don't explore the world as a tourist, try to become a local! Don't just take pictures of the famous places and builings, try to catch the real live in the homes and streets. Don't just go to historical museums, ask locals about their experience and point of view about politics, past, present and future. Make friends and get rich in true local insights and experiences.
Be my guest and become a local.
