A beautiful manor house built in 1850 in the heart of historic "Spittelberg" quarter in Vienna, is the backdrop for this apartment.
The motto of this apartment is “Vienna touch”, the interieur references the Viennese traditions, sights and personalities. This approach is reflected in the design of the apartment in form of wall colors, paintings, carpets and a comfortable couch, which invites to relaxation and recreation.
The apartment is located on the first floor with a total floor space of 86 m2 and a ceiling height of 3.60 m. Two high and spacious rooms, each with about 30 m2, are connected by double doors. The apartment is newly renovated, furnished and equipped to a high standard. The mansion and its facades have been restored as part of an overall renovation 2004.

Excellent apartments in the centre of the Wein ! Andrei was very polite , showed us everything , gave all the information !thank you very much for everything !!!
A beautiful apartment in an amazing location. It's right next to the MQ, and walkable to many of the major attractions in Vienna. It's also a very short walk to the U-bahn if you need to take public transit. There are plenty of great Austrian restaurants, cafes, and shops in the neighborhood, too. Andrei was very easy to get in touch with and accommodating when our flight was delayed, and check-out was easy as well.
Overall, a great apartment in an unbeatable location.
Great place to stay in a really good area. Perfect for what I was looking for. Andrei is fantastic and we felt very welcome.
Great apartment in a perfect location. Very spacious, and walking distance from the main spots. Is even nicer than the pictures! Very enjoyable stay! I would definitely stay again when back in Vienna.
Excellent host and lovely, comfortable, spacious and perfectly positioned bright apartment. All mod cons and comfortable bed. Fitted with a baby cot and a baby high chair. No lift.
Great apartment in a great location. Very comfortable and well presented. Minutes from the Museum Quarter so walkable to all the main tourist sights. Andrei very welcoming.

I am an architect based in Vienna and I am truly in love with my city. Everything related to Viennese architecture - particularly end of 19th Century - and culture, such as the typical Cafés, is of high interest to me. I will happily provide you upon your arrival with detailed information about Vienna and its history.
