Response from Carmen:

Sorry you had trouble connecting your device to the wireless. Not sure exactly what the issue was, but we have reset the router and have checked that the wireless is working now. For cleanup, we try to make it as easy as possible and list what is expected of each guest under the section clearly marked CHECK-OUT. Was there something missing in that section that you think we can improve on? Please let us know! We are always trying to improve the experience of our guests.

Response from Carmen:

Josh, this is the same complaint I have at home!! The way my husband explains it, anytime there is a audio receiver in the middle of the tv and the speakers, it tends to complicate it for people. At home, we have a programmable remote that helps solve the problem. Do the external speakers help or would you rather see a soundbar maybe? Or even just no external speakers at all, but use the TV's built in speakers? If we went to the TV speaker's we would take out the receiver and hopefully that would make things easier? Thoughts?
