A boater’s dream - boat dock, including 10,000-pound boat lift, kayaks, paddle boards, and quick access to open waters. Boat Rentals 5 minutes away. See manatees, turtles, & several species of birds. It is truly a perfect Paradise set-up for any occasion with loved ones. Pool, spa, pool table, ping pong, foosball, arcade games, corn hole, and lots of SUN & FUN.

Other things to note
The pool is heater for the winter and cooled for the summer. There is a public boat ramp only 1 block away and grocery/restaurants only 1 mile away. Boat lift available for experienced boaters only. Airport is only 25 minutes away and beaches are 45+ minutes away to include Fort Myers, Sanibel, Bonita Springs, Naples, Captiva, Lovers Key, Barefoot, Venice, Englewood and Siesta Key Beaches. All beaches are close enough for a full day at the beaches for the family to enjoy. Two work desk provided so come work and play!
