Our experience at Kevins house exceeded all of our expectations. The house is quaint and charming with a nice homey, intellectual vibe. Lots of books at check out, eceletic, original art pieces as well as tribal rugs and masks. Awesome!! The views from the windows are breathtaking. There is a nicely located large wooden deck to chill on and all of the furniture, including the beds are comfy and well dressed. We had a nice welcome note to greet us as we arrived as well as the house cat Henry. Henry was quite lovable and pretty low maintainence. He liked to snuggle at night and is vocal when he wants to go out. Overall, our stay at Kevins house was exactly what we needed and will definately stay again if we are welcome and if we're in the area.
Benefits: Beautiful house with an incredible, rustic view of hills and trees - feels very private.
Owner very communicative, honest, and helpful.
Master bed was very cozy!
One possible problem for some visitors: There is a kitty in the house, and he's a sweet, affectionate old boy, but if you don't give him attention, he will meow until you do. Loudly :)
