Located within 10-15 minutes to Murphy, Blue Ridge (GA), Blairsville (GA), & Copperhill (TN) you will see our Farmhouse is located in the perfect location. We are centrally located between each city and all their own unique festivals and downtown shopping options.

Our Farmhouse is the perfect hideaway for relaxing, hiking, & being with nature. Kayaking, boating, & numerous hiking trails nearby. Large rooms, & several porches await you to sit back on and slow down! @farmhousebycreek

The space
Lots of love and sweat has been put into our Farmhouse to make it everything a family, group or traveler could ask for. Our farmhouse consist of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 5 beds that sleep 6 people.

The floors are hardwood to make the area easy to clean as well as cozy with no worries. The kitchen area has a full size fridge with freezer, a microwave, coffee maker, and real plates with utensils! There are a couple of small closets to hang clothes, hangers and also some pull out drawers for storage.

We made sure there are plenty bathroom towels, pillows, and extra blankets. The house is surrounded by our 30 acre farm. The property also includes our historic barn, open fields, and streams waiting for your toes to enjoy! Our location puts you only 10-15 minutes to great restaurants and activities in three different states.

Guest access
Our property is easily accessible and easy to locate when driving. You may find us via Google maps or by searching for "Payne Meadows". Guests will have access to the entire property. This includes creeks, trails, open fields, and a beautiful barn to explore.

Hello! I live in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina where my family & I run a Wedding & Event Venue. Our Farmhouse on the property is currently listed on AirBnB in Murphy, NC. Our listing space is titled Farmhouse & Barn on the Creek. We really enjoy the art of hosting and giving everyone staying with us that little piece of "country simplicity" we enjoy everyday. I enjoy being with my wife and three kids. We usually are going in three directions all at once with work, sports, business, and our kids other demands! I really enjoy traveling and experiencing new spaces and towns whenever I get a chance.
