Description

The space

Share this wonderful quiet and light filled apartment with me and another AirBnB guest. Your private room has its own bathroom! You also have a queen sized bed, that can easily fit two people, and a beautiful unobstructed view of the Lower East Side.

The apartment has a modern and relatively new finish with a spacious, comfortable living room that has its own large skylight and air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and of course lots of cooking ware that you can use. We also have wireless high speed internet. The apartment is located on the 5th floor but its a quick walk up.

Located on the border of Chinatown, Little Italy and the Lower East Side it offers a lively neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, bars and shops from stylish to cheap. Directly next to the B/D Grand Street subway its easy commute to and from almost anywhere in the city as the B/D trains connect to all other major lines.

I have been hosting people for the past 3 years and have only made great experiences and am a big fan of AirBnB as a host but also as a frequent traveler.
If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch anytime.

I only have the most positive things to say about Sasha and his apartment and recommend it highky to everyone !!! I've never had such a nice, chilled and caring roommate as him. The place was actually nicer and bigger then expected, the kitchen pristine, bathroom very nice and bed very comfortable and suitable for people with back issues. The BD subway is literally less than a block away which is an express line and will get you to uptown within minutes. I cannot even say how happy I am with this experience! Thank you again to my new friend.

Sascha was really helpful and communicative. He was also so accommodating to deal with my situation. The place was nice, cozy and clean. The location was really convenient with the metro B and D plus all the food around. Definitely good for couples or friends who wants to explore the city. Don't bring too much suitcases though since there are five flights without elevator.

Sascha was the perfect host for my stay in NY and was always around to help out with my many, many questions! The apartment is great as was the room itself, all extremely well looked after and clean! The location could not have been better - close enough to walk to so many bars and restaurants and right next to all the main metro lines! 100 million % recommended!!

We had a great stay at Sascha's place. The appartment is super well located next to 2 subway stations that take you everywhere in Manhattan and around. Walking distance to LES, Nolita, etc, and also lots of nice restaurants nearby. Sascha gave some great tips, and answers immediately to any questions you may have! The place also comes with a good work out climbing the staircase! If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs so that you won't hear the ventilation on the rooftop. Would definitely recommend this place!

Sascha is really friendly. We informed him a few days before our arrival about our flight schedule and he was waiting for us at home. The apartment is nice and clean as you can see on the pictures. We spent 9 days in New York, the size of the bedroom (with the bathroom) was good for us. Althought we didn't spent much time home actually, we used a few times the kitchen/living room and we really appreciated that Sascha left the guests the possibility to use the whole apartment. Every thing was nearly perfect ! Except the blower on the roof of the building just above our room but with earplugs this is perfect ;-) and the hot water wasn't always very hot during the whole shower, it might be surprising... Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay in NY and the location of Sascha's appartement is really convenient to visit any part of the town (walking or taking the subway which or realy close).

Sascha is a great host! He knows his way around and advised us where to go and eat. The apartment is very clean and quiet. Air conditioning and wifi. It's on the 5th floor so you get free exercise. It's right in the middle of Chinatown. So lots of good food, Subway at the corner and the financial district, little Italy and Soho nearby. Absolutely a fantastic place to stay!!!
