This bright and airy apartment lies only metres away from the hustle and bustle of Oktogon and Andrassy út, the city's main tree-lined boulevard, half way between Hero's square and the Danube embankment.
The aparment has a seperate kitchen and living room along with a large 25 sq.m. bedroom with a king-sized bed. The apartment faces south-west so gets direct light all afternoon and the bedroom has north-east facing window for morning light.
The living room features a spacious two seater sofa and a reclining armchair along with a dining table, bookcase and TV/DVD player. The kitchen has all mondern amenities: large fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, gas oven and hob.
This part of the city offers a unique contrast between the more quiet area outside the city's main ring avenue (the korut) and the more lively nightlife across the road. Along Eötvös utca, crossing Andrassy út, is the only market hall to still retain original external architectural features and on the other side is the recently renewed Hyunadi tér. Then just inside the korut are the myriad restaurants of Liszt Ferenc tér and the bars and clubs of Nagymezo utca.
Please keep noise levels down after 22:00.
While there is strictly no smoking allowed in the apartment, there is a covered walkway outside the door where guests can smoke.
There are house wheelie bins in the entrance coridor if you'd like to remove excess rubbish from the apartment.
