Apex Yosemite West is a 2022-brand new construction duplex home, with 2-bedroom, 1-bath, sleeps 6 comfortably, located inside Yosemite Park, in an area called Yosemite West. Enjoy modern luxury amenities including Chef kitchen with commercial grade stainless steel appliances, marble showers, quartz counters, Italian teakwood cabinets, Brazilian hardwood, heated floors, Milgard windows, Rinnai tankless water heaters, Heat and Air Conditioning with mini splits, Starlink Wi-Fi, cable channels and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains & landscapes on one flat level, all while being centrally located to the Valley, Badger Pass/Glacier Point, and the Sequoia Grove. Flat parking for two cars side-by-side in all seasons! Prepare festive meals in the fully equipped and chef’s kitchen that includes a Forno six-burner stove, and then dine at the table that seats 4 or at the kitchen peninsula with stool seating for 2 additional guests. The house has a spacious deck for eating and relaxing outdoors, a Weber gas grill (Propane provided), and a gas fireplace in the open-space living room with satellite TV to stream your favorite movies. View stunning sunsets and spend the evening relaxing in the front of the gas fireplace, taking in the stunning mountain views on your large private deck, or watching your favorite show on satellite TV. It has the best parking in all of Yosemite West!
The EV charger has Port J1772 connector so Tesla vehicles will likely need an adaptor.
Please note: To rent both sides of the duplex, look for the listing for Apex Yosemite East (the duplex has a common entryway, with an interior door to each unit so can connect inside). This unique duplex cabin is a rare find with plenty of room in two separate units which together can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and is ideal for multiple family groups, extended families, large groups, and your special family gathering. Lives in Yosemite Valley, California
Yosemite Park is a part of my life, it's my second home. As a child I enjoyed badger pass ski resort, mountain climbing, lots of hiking, fishing, and the wildlife, the park has been my backyard my whole life. I learned a lot from visitors from all over the country, and overseas. I enjoy traveling myself, I also grew up surfing, skating, and kayaking, I'm an adventurer. My favorite vacations were staying in a villas, beach houses, lodges, and enjoying the area. I hope to bring that to my guests as well. Come, enjoy one of my cabins, as your home in Yosemite!
