Our home offers ample space to spread out, with lot's of sleeping accommodations. We put brand new beds in every room in 2022. Your going to love them!

Enjoy the pool table, media room, outdoor fire pit, huge deck & lawn.

The space
The McCall area offers incredible access to outdoor sports and entertainment year round. Lounge, swim or rent paddle-boards on nearby Payette Lake in the summer. Plan your snowmobile or ski trip in the winter.

We're located on the southern edge of town. The home sits on 2.5 acres with a beautiful open meadow to the east and a privacy tree line at the edge of the property. It feels secluded, but is just minutes from town.

You'll find plenty of space to relax & enjoy in this home. It's large enough a group up to 14 people, but also cozy for smaller groups due to it's layout. Highlights include a BBQ, 3 TV's w/satellite, WiFi, a pool table and an outdoor fire pit.

With three levels, you'll easily be able to entertain families or groups. There are 6 bedrooms and a loft space that's perfect for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked, with seating for 14 in the dining space.

- Full bath in hallway (all guests can access)(w/ shower/tub)
- Living Room (with TV, electric fireplace & couch)
- Doors open to the deck and BBQ
- BBQ is available for use by guests during the months of May - October.
- BBQ is NOT available November - April.

- Master Bedroom with King & Master Bath (TV)

Top floor/3rd floor:

- Bedroom #3 with Queen
- Bedroom #4 with Queen
- Full Bathroom (shower/tub)
- Large Loft Area with 1 Twin Bed & 1 Queen Bed

- Deck seating, tables for dining & umbrellas (not accessible in winter)

Parking:

Off street parking with plenty of room for parking vehicles and snowmobile trailers in pull through drive way.

Events:

This property is not suitable for weddings & parties. Parties or events are not allowed. As of August, 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings. Additional fees will be assessed if it is discovered that a party or event was held on property.

Fireworks are not allowed on property. Campfires are only allowed in the designated fire pit only. RVs are generally not allowed, please inquire prior to booking. Please no tents on the lawn.

Additional fees will be assessed to the guest if any of the restrictions above are broken.

I require a government issued photo ID from the booking guest before check in. After booking you can message through Airbnb or text a pic of the ID.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, deck, firepit and yard. Guests do not have access to the garage.
