This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3200 square foot home is built out of 7 shipping containers and includes a finished basement & a 3-car parking garage. This home is about a mile away from the best dining, shopping & experiences that Indy has to offer.

The space
Indy's 1st Container Home features an open kitchen, dining & living room space on the first floor. This area is highlighted by the glass wall which provides ample natural light into the space. There are two sliding doors which will allow you to venture onto the largest deck.

The basement is a great place for the group to watch a movie, play card games, turn on the record player or just share some stories & laughter. The basement bedroom is fitted with a king bed & its own private LED TV.

The second story of the home features two bedrooms & another deck. One bedroom is fitted with a full bed & LED TV while the other bedroom is fitted with a queen & LED TV.

The third and final story of the home features the master bedroom. This area is highlighted by the spiral staircase entrance & very large private deck. The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed & LED TV. The bathroom is fitted with dual sinks & a spacious tiled shower.

Parties will not be tolerated.
