A well-presented, modernised, spacious, centrally located house with spectacular views of the estuary with a parking space. Just a 2 minute walk down to town where you'll find shops, restaurants, the aquarium… and just a 5-10 min walk along the Esplanade to Whitehaven and Readymoney beaches. The courtyard is great for evening drinks and drying those wetsuits! The lane is narrow so only suitable for a sm/med car (refer to exterior photo gallery). It really is the perfect spot for your stay!

The space
A welcoming and spacious property with a small parking space, cosy courtyard, wood burning stove, open plan living / dining, 3 good sized bedrooms (the super king can be made into two single beds if required) and beautiful views of the estuary. Bedding, bath towels, hair dryers, soap, tea/coffee/sugar/milk provided on arrival.

Guest access
When you stay here, you will have access to the whole house and the courtyard garden.

Other things to note
The lane up to the house is narrow with a sharp bend so although we do take our 4x4 up there, it is tight so we'd recommend you only take up a small-medium car. The parking space is directly opposite the front door (see photos). If you don't want to navigate the lane, there is a main car park at the top of Fowey which is only a short downhill walk back to the house. You could drop luggage on Daglands Road and walk them down to the house and then go and park the car. If you do park at the house, please turn LEFT on exiting Place View and head up the hill towards the Safe Harbour pub. Feel free to message me with any queries on this.
