All rates based on two persons . One Child under 12 stays for free using existing beds. An Extra charge of $25.00 per night will be charged on arrival for each additional person( six persons maximum in the unit). Sales Tax of 11.3 % is additional and charged to guest on arrival. Breakfast is not included.
Our B&B hotel The Snow Queen Lodge ((website hidden)) is right next door for assistance & check in. A welcome note will be posted on the front door of the Snow Queen with directions to your unit which will be unlocked.
Our onsite Innkeeper is also available to assist you...just ring the bell or call her on the phone number provided on your welcome note. Breakfast is not provided for guests staying at the Cooper Street Loft Condos.

Amazing Location! just 2 blocks from the center of downtown Aspen. Walk to restaurants, shops ski lifts and free shuttle buses to our 3 other local ski areas stop right across the street.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $100.00 handling charge if we are notified 30 days before arrival. If within the 30 day period, we must re-rent unit in order to refund. Special conditions: we can hold a credit for a future stay up to 1 year from the date of stay for special condition cancellations.( Approval by manager required)
Our B&B Hotel the Snow Queen Lodge is right next door. You can check in there and our onsite Innkeeper can help you anytime with your questions or special needs. You can be as self sufficient as you wish, yet we are right next door if you need us. We provide free mid-week housekeeping with fresh linens, and daily service is available for an additional fee. Our outdoor Hot tub is available during winter & summer seasons and closes at 10pm
There is an 11% tax that is due upon arrival that isn't mentioned in the posting. It is in addition to the price per night, so take that into account when considering! (It added $35/night to our total).
The condo is conveniently located right in the middle of Aspen which is awesome, and David & the manager are very helpful. The office manager at the Snow Queen Lodge gave my mom a ride to the airport for free which was very nice!
It was as described except for a couple of inconveniences. The wifi didn't work from inside the condo (you have to go downstairs and sit on the patio outside). This was a problem for me because I needed a quiet place to work, and they were doing some construction out on the patio so I ended up walking into town and using a cafe's internet both days. David was trying to fix it so maybe it won't be a problem in the future but I would check before booking if it's important to you.
The condo also had a bit of a bad smell. We tried to figure out what it was but never did. They cleaned it when we were checking out and said it was water in the ice-tray but not sure if that was really the problem.
I tried to sleep in the little loft upstairs but it was extremely hot since it was middle of summer. It also really doesn't get any airflow. My mom and I ended up sharing the bed downstairs because of that.
Between the nightly rate, airbnb fee & 11% tax, it came out to $370/night. There are some hotels in town that are comparable to that price which I would consider next time. I don't think it was worth the price unfortunately.
Just wanted to respond to a few of your comments. I sent you an email before you booked the reservation stating "Just be aware that 11% tax is additional & due on arrival. Other than that you are good to go"
FYI Air BnB does not include Tax in their Pricing, however the following is posted on their website in our listing description "Sales Tax of 11.3 % is additional and charged to guest on arrival "Sorry about the issue with the WI-Fi... I have fixed the issue and it now is working great" Next time ask if you have an issue, like the smell !!... It was the refrigerator tray. Smell is now gone. Best!
Comfortable spot right at the bottom of Lift 1A. Was in rush leaving because I wanted to squeeze in another day skiing. Didn't know I had to do the cleaning of the place and thought I kept it very neat actually.
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo/loft. David and M were very welcoming and accommodating to our family of five. The condo was perfectly situated. We parked our car and never moved it while we were staying here, because everything was within walking or biking distance. The condo worked well for us and our kids--my husband and I stayed in the loft area (it's a very low ceiling, so you have to crawl in, but we still liked it), and the kids stayed downstairs. The furniture isn't glamorous, but the overall space, large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, off-street parking, and good location more than made up for that. We would definitely stay here again!
David and M were very responsive, kind, and accommodating. The condo is VERY clean, private, and spacious. They made us feel welcome and were able to recommend great places to eat/drink, hike, and fly fish! We were able to walk to anything in town from this location. We will definitely stay here again, our next stay will be for skiing!
David's property is very well located in Aspen, within and easy walking distance of in-town restaurants, bars, shopping and parks. The property has an incredible view of Aspen Mtn ski area. Bus transportation to the 4 Aspen ski areas is just across the street. The 2nd floor loft gets plenty of sun during the day and is quiet at night. The balcony has seating for 2 to enjoy the sun and people watching. The manager "M" is quite friendly and helpful. Queen bed in living area is very comfortable as was the couch. Carpeting has been recently replaced. The ceiling height in loft is only 4 feet so adults would have difficulty using the loft area and bed; however, it might be fun for young children. Overall, the apartment decor and furnishings would benefit from a general upgrade in bedding, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, pots & pans, and dinnerware, etc...but it was clean. We enjoyed our stay.
