Our guests typically include young professionals: embassy and consulate members, corporate executives, traveling healthcare professionals, tourists and entertainers—we have had the Wicked, Next to Normal, Billy Elliot, Phantom of the Opera and Dreamgirl cast members stay with us and they loved it!
We operate a 32 apartment, courtyard style complex with a pool in the middle and that is also gated. It is immaculate and the location is second to none, directly next door to the Magic Castle Resort and directly behind the Kodak Theater Complex (Hollywood Walk of Fame) in the heart of Hollywood. We have 28 one bedroom apartments and 4 studios. All of the one bedroom apartments are of almost identical layout and decor as well as our studios. It is a 3 level property so depending on what floor you are on you will have either a private balcony or patio.
There are a few apartments in the center of the courtyard that will have neither but are larger in size.

After reservation is booked contact information will be revealed through the site and a lease agreement will be sent out to have signed, sent back and also brought with you. Upon arrival please present onsite property manager Tony with signed lease agreement along with photo IDs for everyone staying in the apartment. If there are any special needs please communicate with Tony upon or prior to arrival.
The day before arrival please contact our onsite property manger Tony and then again an hour before you arrive at the property so that we know you haven't been delayed.
While staying at the property you will be expected to honor obligations under the lease, treat our property in the best possible fashion and leave it exactly how you found it. Upon arrival you will go through an inventory check list with the manager and then again before checking out.
We look at ourselves as a community here and respect each other's privacy and comfort. Please communicate everything with the manager onsite.

This apartment is truly fantastic. It's spacious, and contains everything you could possibly need - internet, cable, all kitchen appliances. Plus, the bed is ridiculously comfortable. The on-site manager Tony is wonderful - kind, beyond helpful, and a lovely smiley person to see around from time to time. The additional on-site parking spot is a dream. I really cannot fault this apartment.

This was a great trip for my family. I had an internship in downtown LA for two months and there was plenty of things for my family to do in the hollywood area. The walk to the metro station was short and more convenient than driving. Traffic was crazy almost every day so it was easier to walk everywhere possible. Tony was a great on site manager and helped us when needed.
I had a really wonderful stay at the property. The unit was nice for the time I was there and Tony could not have been more helpful. No matter what the issue he was there in a jiffy to address it. The location is in the middle of the Hollywood and traffic can be a little tricky. But, like the rest of LA, learn the routes and times to avoid it. Overall great place and recommend.
First of all, Andrew was great to deal with and so was the on-site building manager, Tony. The building is very conveniently located and the apartment itself was newly remodeled and clean.
However the building. Itself is under major renovation - there some trenches being dug right undeneath the init where I stayed, I had construction workers hangiing out on my balcony for over a week so I could not open the curtains or use it. I wish I knew all that in advance.
There is also a major construction site across the street. They were laying foundation during my stay. They startedas early as 5 am at times and went on all day. The noise was so bad sometimes, I had to go to the bathroom to make calls. It was not always that early, but the work always goes from 9 am ill 6 pm. So if you work regular business hours, you won't feel it as much, but those coming for vacatio may not like it.
At the end of the day, I did like the place I was at, but had I known the level of repairs in the building and how noisy the construction across the street would be, I would have probably gone elsewhere.
