The parks across the street, the wonderful people who pass by, the shops and restaurants on Wisconsin, the new library, the new pool and soccer field a block away.
The ability to walk to the new Gourmet Safeway supermarket.
The Dumbarton house and museum across the street.
Buses pass one block away on Wisconsin Ave. and on Q Street.
