Nice and cozy place! Everything you need. Best place to stay in Hollywood. Martha is a very attentive hostess, always concerned about your needs. Sure we'd return to Alexa Hotel.
Martha was a great host! She responded quickly to my questions and concerns. She was helpful in matters of transportation around LA and any other attractions we wanted to see. The accommodation was very spacious and clean. It served our every purpose and we would definitely come back. The location was in the heart of Hollywood and the metro and bus stops were minutes away. Overall, we had an awesome experience.
Very close to the heart of hollywood and cool space with plenty of room! Martha was very nice and thorough in her communication with all of the information I needed. Comfortable hollywood hotel with lots of light!
Apartment was very clean with more than enough space for 2 people. Location was great, just a short walk to Hollywood Blvd near good restaurants, walk of fame, subway etc. There was lots of secure parking nearby as well. Martha provided very detailed information from entry to amenities to local landmarks. I found it very helpful. Check in/out was was extremely simple. Would recommend others to stay there if they are in the Hollywood area!
The location of the Alexis Hotel is perfect for wandering around Hollywood. The hotel itself is a bit run down but work seems to going on to refresh the building. Our apartment was large and roomy but due to maintenance work in the hallway outside,it smelled badly of oil based paint. This was not the host's fault but luckily we only stayed one night. Martha's directions and information was accurate and she responded quickly to our concerns over the paint smell.
Martha was a communicative and thorough host throughout the whole process, and she also shared a list of things to do in the area, which was nice. The apartment comfortably accommodated a group of four. Check in & out was very easy, and the place was a good value. Thanks Martha!
I wasn't able to stay here. But Martha stayed in contact with me great communication fast responses.
The building might not be much to look at, but the room was great, the space was great, and the location was great. Everything Martha had advertised. It was within walking distance to just about everything on Hollywood Blvd and the parking was easy in the garage next door.
I was stunned by how large it was and how comfortable the beds were. Wish we had more time to stay!
Perfect location for a sightseeing trip to LA. Perfect to stay as a group as we did. Two comfortable beds, one queen, one king. Only the mattress of the queen bed needs to be exchanged by time.
Martha was really helpful and answered always immediately. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
It was my first time visiting the US and so I didn't really have an idea of how neighborhoods are in the US. Checking in was really easy. It was a pretty comfortable apartment but we saw a few small cockroaches in the kitchen, I didn't think it was a really big deal to let Martha know though. It is also really convenient to walk to Hollywood Boulevard and it was awesome also cause we didn't have to drive to watch Jimmy Kimmel! During our stay, she also had a cleaner to clean the house which was really nice. Though, I did tell Martha about a tripping problem with the sockets in the kitchen and she promptly tried to help me with it. Parking was quite expensive if you can't find street parking, about $15 a day. Martha was fantastic and prompt with replies. In all, it was a good experience. Thanks Martha! :)
