Mauna Lani Terrace E301-Newly renovated 1-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with spectacular ocean views, only a short walk to the beach. Overlooking ancient Hawaiian fishponds, nothing obstructs your view of the ocean from the large covered lanai that offers space for outdoor relaxation and unforgettable sunset dinners. The entire condo has been completely remodeled and upgraded, including the bathrooms and kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room features vaulted ceilings, brand new furnishings and carpet, flat screen TV with DVD/VCR and stereo system. The master bedroom features a king size bed, ocean views, a flat screen TV, private lanai access, as well as a spacious master bath with a large tub and shower. To accommodate any additional guests, the living room has a comfortable pull out sofa bed as well as a second full bathroom with a shower near the entryway. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the third floor (no elevators) within close proximity to all the best beaches and restaurants on the Kohala coast.

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

The Mauna Lani Terrace is a premier oceanfront property on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The Terrace is located adjacent to the Auberge Resort at Mauna Lani on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, Sauna, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property.

As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale.

Our on-site resort office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.

A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.
