You'll have the entire home to yourself, including 3 bedrooms and a cozy basement media room! There’s a spacious front porch w/seating, a private side patio area & a fenced in back yard. We hope you feel at home here & love this place as much as we do.

This home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1 car garage home that is clean, comfortable, and has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. It is within walking distance to Kansas Wesleyan University, and a quick drive to the mall, and other shopping and restaurants as well as Downtown Salina.

There is a strict no pet and no smoking policy at this property! If we find that you are in violation of either of these rules you may be asked to leave or will be charged additional cleaning fees up to $1,000.00.
