Minutes on your bike to dozens of UCSC and Wilder Ranch bike paths, fire roads and single track. Use our hose to clean your bike when you're done, and store it in our garage.
The city of Santa Cruz requires that all Airbnb hosts collect an 11% Transient Occupancy Tax (same as hotels). As Airbnb at this time does not have a way in which to collect this tax as part of your fees, I ask my guests upon departure, to please leave 11% of their room charge, either by cash or check, in order to pay this tax to the city of Santa Cruz. I apologize ahead for the inconvenience. Thank you!
• We live in a tranquil residential neighborhood. There is NO SMOKING, no lighting candles, and no partying allowed. Please arrive and leave happily... and respectfully.
• Though we love animals, there are no exceptions to my policy of "no pets".
• Please... no cologne, scented after-shave, scented oils.
• NOTE: there is a $20 set-up fee for the extra bed, plus $10/night after the first 2 nights. I charge for the extra bed regardless of number of persons staying.
My second stay was delightful. It felt good coming back to the same lovley room full of thoughtful touches. Comfortable and private, as a woman traveling alone on tis trip I felt safe and peaceful. I'll be back. Susan Brown
This was my first AirBnB experience and I loved the room. It was very well thought out with instructions for the user on the various electronic features, etc. The bed was wonderful for unwinding after a long day,and the private entry was great. I would definitely recommend this room.
We were so fortunate to find this perfect place in Santa Cruz, next to the UCSC campus. We've never had an easier stay: Noreen provided everything needed to make this a home away from home with all the amenities and none of the complications. The easy private access made coming and going a breeze. The room is beautifully appointed, the light is lovely, and the bed is probably the most comfortable we've experienced away from home. We were in town to hang out with our UCSC student son (but not wanting to stay at his place), and we couldn't have been happier with how well this lovely space worked for us. Thank you Noreen.
This apt was an absolute treat to stay in. It is located right near the entrance to UCSB and close to all of the fun stuff in Santa Cruz. The room is fantastic with everything you could ask for: nice bathroom, plenty of space for luggage, TV, wifi, in room coffee and more. It was great to have a private entrance and the ability to store my bike in the garage at night. I would certainly recommend this room to anyone looking for a nice place to relax at night and a good jumping off point for Santa Cruz and the central coast.
Very sweet, up to date and private room, with amenities of wi fi , large flat screen TV, writing desk, coffee/tea set up, armoire/storage. Noreen checked in to make sure all was well. The neighborhood was upscale and pleasant. One of my Santa Barbara friends and another Santa Cruz friend asked for the business card for future reference.
This was my daughter and I first Airbnb experience! I carefully researched our options and settled on Noreen's place. My other daughter attends UC Santa Cruz, so being close by was a bonus.
Everything went perfect from the initial booking to our departure after 2 days. The neighborhood is very upscale and safe. We liked having a private cozy and quiet place to retreat to after a long day of site seeing and visiting family. Everything was welcoming and comfy.
Although we never ran into Noreen during our stay, but she was kind enough to leave us 2 passes for the Monterey Aquarium which was super sweet!
We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for your hospitality Noreen! Desiree and Erica
