The city of Santa Cruz requires that all Airbnb hosts collect an 11% Transient Occupancy Tax (same as hotels). As Airbnb at this time does not have a way in which to collect this tax as part of your fees, I ask my guests upon departure, to please leave 11% of their room charge, either by cash or check, in order to pay this tax to the city of Santa Cruz. I apologize ahead for the inconvenience. Thank you!

• Please... no cologne, scented after-shave, scented oils.

Noreen made me feel welcome by her friendly tone of voice when I telephoned her. The neighborhood was safe and nice. The accomodations were great and were exactly as described. All in all, I give Noreen and her guest room an excellent review. I would recommend this guest room to others and would definitely stay there again.
Really enjoyable three nights. Will definitely want to stay here again. It's like a room in a new old-fashioned B & B but without the unwanted breakfast experience. Beautifully arranged big room and bath. Coffee and tea set up nice. Tasty chic covered biscotti treats. Organic fruits. Comfy bed with perfect duvet made sleeping in Santa Cruz's cool climate a real treat. Recommend putting this place at the top of your favorites' list.
Great people to stay with. I would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, and had a nice comforting feeling. It is located in a really nice, safe neighborhood. I would love to go back!!
Noreen offered a very comfortable room with a nice and homy atmosphere. Although we haven't met she seemed to be caring host. Everything was very clean and we felt welcome.
