Las Brisas Del Mar is a gated, three-story oceanfront condominium with a large swimming pool on the longest beach in Panama! We are just 30m from David and 90m from Boquete. Fast WiFi. Classic Rock Theme. Strictly animal-free. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES. Unwind at this peaceful oasis at the best location in the complex. HUGE LONG-TERM DISCOUNTS! Try 3 months or more.

The space
Quiet & comfortable. We value sleep and feature high-quality beds. The master has a king bed (Sealy Hallcrest II), and the 2nd bedroom has a queen (Serta Hybrid Silver). There are only two condos in the entire complex that get no noise from other units, and ours is one of those. You'll have no foot traffic passing by your unit, and there will be no other renters across from you or on top of you. We also have the best view in Las Brisas, due to the dining room, ocean view window that other units do not have. This is, by far, the best, most private unit in the complex.

As of 2025 our Wi-Fi is 400 up and 400 down.

No Kids: Sorry, but we are not set up for children.

Las Brisas Del Mar is situated in a quiet beachfront area. You can stroll for miles in either direction on Panama's largest sandy beach. Las Olas Beach Resort is right next to us, and there you can enjoy their restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is another beachfront restaurant a short walk to the north, with fresh fish at very reasonable prices. Other than those two places, you are in peaceful solitude. The nearest major town, David, is a 30-minute drive.
