There are b & b's and then there are B & B's. This is the latter. A modern, quiet, neat and amazingly clean place to stay, quite convenient for a car, with easy driveway parking. The host is very accommodating even showing guests the way to the local shopping facility. With typical cool English weather the B & B includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen, replete with a microwave. Rooms are incredibly comfortable, some with a private bathroom. And breakfast is ready when you are! The host tries very hard to please the guests by having breakfast ready when you want it. Coffee and bagels, toast, pancakes and several different serials are prepared with hot or cold milk. The breakfast is served in a cozy dining room with nice china. It's worth every penny!

We enjoyed staying with the O'Sheas. The location is excellent for visiting Oxford, and Patrick gave us tips that we used with pleasure about eating places and sights near the house. The breakfast was a treat too.

We had a great stay with Patrick and Kitty. They were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. (even letting us do laundry, and hanging it out for us so we could get a good start to our day). The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good and filling. This was our first experience with airibnb and we were thankful to have such a great experience. Patrick gives excellent value for the money.

Response from Patrick:
Doing the Guests laundry is not general practice here and was done only as a favour.

Patrick and Kitty were amazing hosts!! They went above and beyond what most hosts should do and they were so helpful in all areas! I felt at home and was made to feel most welcome! Their home is lovely and warm and both Patrick and Kitty are sweet and helpful. I like to say that I met strangers on my first day with them but left as friends! I would recommend to anyone and everyone to stay with them. The area they live in is lovely and if you want to experience a part of England that most people don't get to experience, then by all means, check them out! I personally want to thank them for being so good to me and for helping to make my trip one of the most special I have ever had!!!

We lived in this house for 27 years. It is a very nice neighbourhood. I am a keen gardner, I grow all types of vegetables in my garden and I like the sumertime when the garden looks its best. I like to keep fit and I am a member of the local gym.I also enjoy cycling in the local countryside. The Greek Islands are our favourite holiday destination. My wife Kitty is a cook and is always looking out for new recipies to add to her collection. We have two rooms available, one is ensuite suitable for couples and the other has bunk beds suitable for children from 5 years old to 14.
