Clean, neat, pleasant, no frills, very well located. Metro station and supermarket nearby, and a few food places. Many locations are also easily walkable, including the Palais de Congres (convention center). It's a bit smaller than it looks in the photos but that's no problem. Andrew was away but someone he knew handled my arrival and left me to my comfort. All in all, no hitches and a good experience! :)
The apartment was lovely -- it was clean, spacious, warm (even in winter!) and very convenient. The check-in process was accommodating (I arrived at 12:30am) and the check-out process was super convenient. I'd definitely stay here again. The place was also quiet despite being close to a large street, but I'm not sure how it'll be on the weekend. I'd definitely stay here again!
Andrew called us prior to our arrival to give us the keys, he was out at the time but his neighbour conveniently helped to show us the place. The neighbourhood is located centrally to just about all of the main attractions of montreal. We were only there for a short period of time so we didn't get a chance to meet with Andrew as we were out. The apartment is in a unique building and it is fairly clean
Everything and anything about the studio was great. Location was absolutely perfect, close to the metro, clean and safe neighborhood, and walking distance to many shops/cafes/restaurants. Andrew and James were both very accommodating and prompt. Temps dropped a bit during my stay, and the heater was on so no problems with staying warm here. I highly recommend this place. No question about staying here again for my next Montreal visit.
Everything with the appartment was perfect. It is quiet, clean and very perfectly located close to downtown. Andrew was quick to answer and make arrangement for arrival at my requested time.
Andrew's apartment was great. It's located close to Chinatown, Old Montreal, and downtown. The heat worked very well and was very comfortable.
Andrew's studio apartment was sunny, clean, warm, and centrally located for our short stay in Montreal. Although we didn't have a chance to meet, he did a great job of keeping in touch and making sure we our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again!

Hi I am the owner of montreaminbak and i would like to tell you that I moved to Canada and especially montreal because i love the city. I enjoy its shows because i am into music and can play a few instruments. I enjoy nature and the city and montreal has both. I am interested in many different things and montreal seems to have them all . I am from korea and i am an avid gym fan i go almost every day . If you want to be in a central location where all the shows are thats my place i am three minutes from many festivals like Jazz, Gag and the movie festival. We are right beside the opera house and one block from the upstairs jazz bar. The main shopping area is less than a five minute walk . Just remember .that i do live in the house
