Enjoy exclusive use of an entire villa inside a gated village. It is generously furnished with premium perks of contemporary homes, and an added luxury quite rare even for villas: a heated wrap-around pool fenced in tropical seclusion by tall bamboos.

It is next to a quiet mini forest, to which it has views from four verandahs. Yet, it is merely a mile away from the LRT2 Masinag train station and SM Mall along Marcos Highway. Literally a forest hideaway, just minutes from a mall!

The space
This is a split-level property with two floors plus a basement. All three bedrooms are on the second floor, while the living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor. The wrap-around pool is at the basement level. Also at the basement is a bathroom and a TV lounge with rattan daybeds. There is an open carport for two cars dedicated to the house.

Guest access
Upon arrival, guests will be personally received by the host. They will be toured around the property, and given access keys for the main gate and access code for the main house door.

The villa is inside a quiet subdivision on the border between Cainta and Antipolo. We do not allow parties or loud events. For travellers who'd like to make the guest house their homebase while exploring Rizal area's attractions, we are approximately 11km away from Pinto Art Museum, 10km from Antipolo Cathedral, 27km from Mount Purro Nature Reserve, 47km from Masungi Georeserve.

We are also near a host of restaurants and café’s that have views from steep mountainsides such as Oscar’s inside Eugenio Lopez Center (5km); Kaulayaw Café (5km), or situated inside manicured gardens such as Tipulo (8km) or rustic residences like Vieux Chalet (8km) and Tahanan Bistro (12km).
