We have a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a private patio in the heart of the historic Lower East Side.
The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and the available bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable full-size bed with mattress topper/memory foam for extra comfort. It has a large window facing west on Ludlow Street, giving the room a consistently warm glow.
The home was recently renovated with hardwood floors, new appliances, and all of the amenities you could think of. The bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom are all comfortably furnished and fitted.
The apartment itself is impeccably clean and fresh linens are provided for those who stay with us and will be shared with our lovely housemate Brian, who is in his early 30s and generally out of the house for work and travel.
Our home welcomes open-minded and respectful travelers and guests from around the world. We have been living in the area for over 7 years and would be happy to give you great advice on where to eat, drink, dance, go to shows, the theater, find flea and farmers markets, or anything else in and around the area.
The apartment is located just 2 blocks from 5 subway lines (F, J, M, Z, B, D), two of which are express (B,D), bordered by Chinatown, SoHo, Nolita, East Village and NoHo; close to independent Sunshine movie theaters, the New Museum; two blocks from the Tenement Museum, and just steps from the Williamsburg and Manhattan Bridges, East River Park, Alphabet City, and countless other NYC charms. The neighborhood is unbeatable and our apartment has more space than you will find at this price point in this part of Manhattan.
Please note that while the apartment itself is accurately depicted in the photos, the arrangement of the furniture and some of the decorative and personal items may change from time to time, and always for the better!
We are two flights up from the ground floor and, lastly, this is a smoke and shoe-free space.
Please Note: This is our home, not a hotel or a vacation rental. We live in this location year-round. Therefore, it is a lived-in home. We ask that you respect our space as you would if visiting a friend or family member.
Thank you for looking!
Guests have access to living room, bathroom, patio, and full use of kitchen and fridge.
