  • We stayed for 5 days and had a great time at this apartment. The studio was perfect for the two of us. Eriu was out of town so her friend Vincenzo was there waiting for us when we arrived. He was very responsive and helpful.

Positives about the apartment were: the location is amazing and very easy to get to the metro, stores, restaurants, anything you could need. All of Eriu's restaurant recommendations were perfect (we actually went to the crepe place twice-it was so good.) The kitchen had everything we needed otherwise. The bathroom was perfect too and had many toiletries. The television was fantastic. The building is very secure and safe.

Negatives were mainly that while the apartment was advertized with a washer/dryer, it was not working when we arrived. We would have appreciated advance notice as we had access to free laundry at our previous location and could have done some there before arriving in Paris. The bed didn't bother me as much as previews reviewers (I actually slept great), but I agree even a cheap futon mattress would be better than the current creaky sofa bed.

Overall, this apartment is a great value and a perfect spot for one or two people to stay and explore Paris. I would recommend this studio to other young travelers.

Per chi è meno allenato come me...

  • We enjoyed our stay in Eriu's apartment very much. It located in a nice and quiet area and it's close to the metro. The apartment is small but it has everything you need. We had some problems with the water and the bathroom, but Eriu and her friend fixed it as soon as they could. They are both very nice and do the best they can to let us enjoy paris.

  • The apartment was very centrally located just a few blocks from the metro. The neighborhood was artsy and bohemian. It was busy during the day and quiet during the night which was appealing to us.
The host was out of town but Eriu had left the particulars like greeting and giving us the keys to two close friends. The apartment itself is good for two people in terms of size. It was clean and had a working WiFi , big screen TV, a.small electric stove and a dishwasher. Although it was advertised with washer/dryer that was not functioning. A laundry was not far from the apartment. Overall we had a good stay here.

  • The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood. Walking distance to grocery, bakery, restaurants, etc. Quite & safe street with secure entrance to the apartment. The apartment is quite small...smaller than we expected (but it was advertised as a studio). We did not meet our host, but two of her friends were very attentive and helpful when we arrived. The studio would be suitable for a weekend or short-stay. Our only complaint would be the mattress in the pull-out couch...not comfortable at all...time for a new one!

  • We stayed for 5 nights and has really nothing to complain about. Her friend Vincenzo helped us out with everything while Eriu was out of town, and he was helpful and kind, and there were no problem with the check in or check out at all.

The apartment have everything you'll need during your stay. Maybe minus some kind of small kitchen table where you can eat and maybe there's time to buy a new bed, cause it squeaked and was uncomfortable sometimes. But everything else was perfect and we are very satisfied with our stay and would really recommend everyone to rent it! It's fresh, clean and has a great location, and is comparatively cheap.

  • Erius apartment is very cute and we had an amazing time in Paris!

The kitchen is appointed with everything you need (except a pan) but nevertheless you can cook some small meals.
The shower is running very well again. Vincenzo solved the problem.
I would totally agree with our previous tenants that the bed should be replaced. The mattress is old and thin and the bed crunches at every movement.
Unfortunately there was a building lot in the house which woke us up every morning (except on the weekend). The next guests might want to bring earplugs.

In spite of all we would recommend the apartment! The communication with Eriu/ Vincenzo, the building, the location, the size - everything else is just great!
    Thank you!

  • This is the best you can get for this money in Paris. The appartment is in a very nice building, very well located, near the bus and metro station and 10 minutes from Bastille. Beware it´s on a 6th floor by stairs, if you don´t like to climb stairs, it´s not for you.

Well equipped, with oven, dishwasher and laundry and small fridge. Very quiet, excellent neighbourhood, near everything, lots of shops and cafés around. Lots of light and charming.

If you are very tall or big, it´s not the appartment for you. It´s really small, the bathroom is tiny. The is a big problem with the shower. You cannot shower for more than a minute and a half because the drains are so full of dirt that it overfloods and suddenly you have water all over the appartment. I cleaned it (took out a huge ball of hair and dirt out), but it was not enough.

The bed is awful. The mattress is so thin and old (and full of stains) that your back will pay the toll. They should really do something about it.

Overall, we had a great time in Paris. The location and the price were the things we were looking for, so it was fine. It would be nice, though, to have a decent shower and a decent bed, two basic things one wants when on holidays.

  • We had a really good experience to live in Erius apartment. We where welcomed by Vincent, and he was a really nice guy and he was making sure that we got everything at right place. =)

The apartment was nice and clean and we LOVED the new bathroom, washing machine, oven and dishwasher.

Though, I have to say, that we really missed a normal table in the room, so we had a place to eat, but other than that, it was nice.

We had a really good communication all our time there, and I will recommend it to others. - with or without a table ;-)

    Best regards, Louise
