Abigail was an excellent host. Despite being out of town for the weekend, she was very quick to respond to any questions and flexible with our arrival and departure schedule. The Keycafe service that she uses is very convenient. Her apartment is wonderful-- beautifully decorated with a perfect roof deck. We really enjoyed exploring the area and sitting on the roof deck at nighttime.
Be warned: The apartment is a fifth floor walk-up. While this might be a concern for some, it did lend itself to some nice views of the city.
This place was exactly what I was looking for. It was especially nice to be able to go up on the roof and watch the sunset over the city. The roof is furnished with couches and speakers.
Abigail responded very quickly. Getting the keys and checking out was a breeze.
Abigail made us feel extremely welcome, and we felt like part of her lovely posh Soho neighborhood from the moment that we arrived. The apartment is beautiful and sun-filled - perfect for a couple. The private roof is fantastic for a glass of wine or two before dinner, and coffee in the morning. And, the neighborhood has fantastic restaurants and bars within walking distance - we even walked to the Comedy Cellar to check out a live stand-up show. (Highly recommended.) We'll definitely be back!
Abigail was a great host, with quick responses for any email requests. She ensured that our stay was smooth sailing.
The room was big enough for NY with an awesome private balcony with a view of the Empire State Building.
Location was perfect, within walking distance to great cafes, resturants and bars.
I stayed six nights at Abigail's wonderful soho apartment - it was perfect! Location was great - just half a block from the nearest subway station, walking distance to great cafés/restaurants & shopping!
Abigail was a great host - very friendly, responsive & flexible when it came to arranging key pick up & check out time.
The apartment itself was very sunny & I didn't need the heater at all during my stay! Lots of natural light & a great view. It was also very clean & well equipped. One small thing to be aware of if you have big feet like me (women's size 11) - the apartment is five floors up (no elevator but an easy climb) and some of the flights are quite narrow in width so just be careful when walking up & down them to avoid any trips & falls.
I would stay at Abigail's apartment again in a heartbeat!
What a charming place located amongst my favorite neighborhood in NY. Abigail mailed the keys 2 weeks early as we were arriving very late into NYC. My 4 year old and I were very comfortable here. It was clean, simple and near everything we wanted. Definitely recommend this place to others.
Just perfect! First of all Abigail is so kind and she was all the time in contact wich is very important if you don't know how to move in this awesome city. About Soho, OM incredible, the neighborhood is really nice and one of the trendiest places.
I have been in NYC several times and I can tell you that this was the most perfect location I've ever stayed, it is in the middle of everywhere, so you can save a lot of time staying at Abigail's Apt for shopping or tourism.
About the apartment.. well it is just as you can see it in the pics, clean, full equiped, sunny.
I'll stay here again by far on my next trip to NYC!!!
