We offer super comfy beds, proffessionally laundered bedding, free wifi, private bathrooms, flat screen tvs and hospitality trays in each room.
NB: If you want to party then this is not for you, please book somewhere else.

The space
These boutique bedrooms are set in a converted stable yard. Although the buildings date back as far as 1895, the rooms have been recently created and contain everything you'll need for a pleasant short stay including flat screen tv, wifi and tea and coffee making facilities.

Holly Lodge boasts a bright and airy bedroom with vaulted ceilings and traditional painted beams.

There is a comfortable double bed with hospitality tray, bathroom with shower to the rear and seating area at the window with bar stools to enjoy a hot drink.

Guests have access to their private lodge.

Other things to note
The main house is our family home so we will be on site. The accommodation is to the back of The Vale House. Although there is some external lighting we advise you bring a torch if you are planning on visiting the local village and pubs of an evening. Please respect our quite times.
If your looking to be noisy or have a large drinks gathering then please book somewhere else.
If you don't want to follow the rules then please book somewhere else.
If you are a bride or groom and want to get ready for your special day then you will need full venue hire....not individual booked lodges.

We live inbetween Findon Village and Findon Valley which is situated in the South Downs.
Findon is a semi-rural clustered village and civil parish in the Arun District of West Sussex, 4 miles north of Worthing.
There are 4 pubs local to us within a short walk in either direction.
To the north of us is High Salvington with its Grade 11 post mill beautifully restored and is in full working order.
If you are an avid walker, cyclist, trail runner we have the South Downs Way, Cissbury Ring, Chanctonbury Ring and The Gallops plus much more.
