Located in a top location to stay in Mexico City, a quiet street in a lively neighbourhood, surrounded by restaurants, shops and fun places.

The space
This sunny, spacious, comfortable, functional, 1,500 square foot one bedroom apartment with lovely balcony is just what you need in Mexico City.

Furnished with a mix of vintage and contemporary furniture of mexican designers. Equipped with all amenities, the building has a doorman / watchman at daytime and there are places to park bicycles.

THE BEDROOM has a delicious king size bed, a good size closet, a working desk and a view.

THE KITCHEN is set with everything you need to make your way around a delicious dinner. coffee machine, large fridge, microwave and more. There are grocery stores, delis and local markets just around the corner.

THE LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM is very spacious, has a great view and plenty of light.

THE SERVICE. If your stay is over 4 days, there is a cleaning service on Mondays or Thursdays to refresh the apartment FREE of charge.

Guest access
If I am available to meet with you I will let you in the apartment, if for some reason we can not be there, the doorman who will give you the keys. Instructions for everything you need are inside the apartment.

Other things to note
The apartment is not available to rent for parties.
There is a rule in the building and is prohibited make noise after weekdays until 10:00pm and
weekends until 12:00am.
The apartment is not available to use for Photo shoots, if you are interested to use it as location please send me a message.
