Amazing place and terrific host! We did not get enough time and will certainly be back!!!
Alisa는 다정하고 친절하며, 합리적입니다.
아름다운 정원에 귀여운 고양이는 보너스입니다.
진정한 여행의 여유로움을 느낄 수 있는 숙소입니다.
Alisa's mother -in -law met us on arrival. She spoke little English but was a very delightful lady that made us feel welcome. Alisa toured the house with us showing what it had to offer. She provided us with maps showing where the different stores were, restaurants she recommended, bus stops and what bus to take to the different attractions in Rome. Alisa was very helpful.
The house cute cute, had everything you needed, was in a very quiet and beautiful area of Rome.
I would highly recommend it.
This is a great place to stay in Rome away from the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is very quiet with some nice restaurants nearby. Alisa was a great host, and the house was was clean, comfortable, and much more pleasant than a hotel room. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from Rome's attractions, but it was worth it to have such a nice, peaceful location to retreat to at night.
This little hideaway in Rome is superior. Quiet, clean, not far from various shops such as a tobacconist where one can buy train/metro tickets, a small grocery, the town open air market, and patisseries, and a few small restaurants. THis apartment's entrance is through a leafy bower, and it has its own private courtyard for morning coffees!! It was immaculate when we arrived and Alisa gave us good directions to everything we asked for, including a supermarket a short drive away. Everything worked fine in the kitchen as well. The metro station into Rome is about a 20 minute walk, and we recommend that over the closer buses into town for speed and ease of use. If you can book this place, I think you will feel as we did that we had our own private Renaissance hideaway with lots of character and charm from which to go see the sights and return exhausted to a quiet retreat. Perfect place!
We spent 4 days at this wonderful cottage and were very pleased. An optimal place to discover rome. Everything was cozy, clean and quiet as described. Alisa is a dear hostess and we were very happy about everything. we love coming back.
Everything was perfect. Very nice and helpful people.
We had a wonderful few days in Alisa's little house - too short a stay! The courtyard garden is lovely, the house is fine for two people and everything was very clean and well organised. The bottle of wine waiting for us was most welcome, and I have nothing but praise for the welcome we were given (being met at the station and taken back there at the end of our stay) as well as the rapidity with which our questions were answered. Alisa and her family are delightful and although the 30 minute bus ride to the centre was tricky at peak times (crowded!) the peace of the garden on our return easily made up for it.
Great place to stay, very spacious, clean and quiet. Alisa is wonderful, helped with all the questions we had and even left wine, coffee and snacks for us.
We used the metro to get to town, it takes 20-30 minutes to walk there. Bus might have been more practical, but we felt better using the metro :)
So if you want to stay in Rome, have a great host, a quiet big place and possibly breakfast/dinner in the garden...go here!
