The flat's front door opens directly off of the street, it does not share a communal entrance.
Ground floor, which comprises entrance hall, living room, dining room, and kitchen, retains many period features such as original wood panelling, shutters, fireplaces and plaster cornices.
Fully equipped kitchen, feel free to prepare any gourmet meal. (Olive oil, spices provided)
Off the kitchen is a small terrace with table and 2 chairs, perfect for morning coffee, and stairs s to the main garden area, which has a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining. Lower level is more modern, with bare brick walls and heated polished concrete floors.
Master bedroom has french doors to garden and its ensuite bathroom features a recessed bathtub that overlooks the pond. Media room/second bedroom has a German double bed that can be set up as a king or as 2 single side by side.
Second bathroom with walk-in shower is separated from hallway by aquarium.
The flat is nicely furnished and decorated, feels spacious with high ceilings and lots of light, has a total area approx 1100 sq ft (100 sq mtr). We did not indicate "No Smoking" because it is so easy to step onto the terrace to do so, but we do request no smoking in the flat.
The flat is in London's West End, the neighborhood is called Fitzrovia after Fitzroy Square (the flat is two doors off of the square). Despite being very central, it is quite quiet - our street does not get any through-traffic because it ends at the square.
Very well served by public transport with 4 tube stops all within 5 minutes walk which give access to almost every line. Walk into Soho, home to most restaurants and bars, in 15 minutes. British Museum, Regent's Park, Oxford Street and theatre-land are all in walking distance.
APARTMENT IS PROFESSIONALY CLEANED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, if you need cleaning mid stay, that also can be arranged with a fee.
Fully furnished including all linens which will be clean on your arrival, there's also a washing machine should you wish to clean sheet, towels or your own clothing during your stay.
Living Room has 2 sofas that turn into beds. Can accommodate 6 if necessary
