Close to the mountains, ¼ mile to Discovery Trail & next to the OLD MILL CAFE, and just 5 mile to Sequim and a short bicycle ride to the beach & Port Angeles. Hiking, biking, or golfing are here. Old Mill Café is next door with outstanding meal and drinks. The on the front of the INN is a Large MAP to access the entire NOP.

The space
Dungeness Valley Inn/Motel has four rooms, with unique themes. Lavender Room, Olympic Discovery Trail Room, Lighthouse Room, and the Lake Crescent Room found as separate listings on the Airbnb site. They are similar in furnishings including custom, hand built walnut furniture a fulling stocked kitchenette with Refrigerator, Convection Oven, Keurig coffee maker and more.

Guest access
Each of the four rooms has a private entrance to a spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. Once in the room you can exit out the back door to a private backyard with seating for four and an inviting firepit. We offer as part of your stay all the makings for smores at the campfire.

Other things to note
The Dungeness Valley Inn can be your access point to the entire North Olympic Peninsula. We offer a large map of all destinations from the top of the Olympic National Park, to the Rain Forests to the west, and beaches both to the West and North. You can start and end each here with provisions at the Carlsborg corner store, breakfast and dinner at the next door Old Mill Cafe, sandwiches from Gabbie’s just across the street for your outing refreshments.

Neighborhood highlights

The Dungeness Valley Inn is in the center of Carlsborg, a small suburb of Sequim Washington. Our 4-room inn is a new addition to a great little neighborhood. We are next to the Old Mill Cafe, a warm family restaurant with old mill decor a hint of what made Carlsborg a thriving sawmill community from early in the 20th century. They have great food offering both indoor and outdoor dining. The outdoor seating does accommodate friendly well-behaved pets.
After eating you can stroll around the neighborhood. The area that surrounds the Dungeness Valley Inn and Old Mill Cafe is full of nice friendly people, in a quiet, peaceful area.
If you walk within the same block there is a place, Sweet & Gifts, and she offers her homemade desserts, topped with ice cream or cones if you prefer. She also supplies the locals with soup on those days, pies for all occasions and cinnamon rolls, if a full breakfast is too much.
Also across the street is Gabby's. In the morning you can find espresso and lattes and later a wonderful place to get a sandwich of almost any kind for your adventures that await you.
