Since my passion is traveling around, staying at other holiday apartments or Hotels to compare and improve my own apartments, my aim is to create a "resident" experience for my guests while staying in London or Hong Kong.
My apartments are charming and located in the heart of the city - to conveniences such as tube, MTR international restaurants, grocery stores, touristic highlights, etc.
Me and my team knows the details of each apartment, from the nuances of entering, to the best way to get there from the airport
Personally stock each apartment with dishes, glasses, utensils and pots and pans so that when you go to open a bottle of wine
, there's a corkscrew waiting for you in the drawer!

The host was very helpful and informative on things to do in Hong Kong. They have a book that is VERY detailed and helpful with understanding HK and what is around to eat, where to shop and what to do. The apartment is actually very nice inside and is fully renovated. Every bedroom has a memory foam mattress and is VERY comfortable to sleep on. The host has an apartment manger meet you outside and show you everything from getting into the building and how to get to and in the apartment which was very helpful.
Some things that you may need to know:
The entrance to the building is in an old hallway/market. The building it self is also very old and the elevators (only one works at night) may have issues so plan ahead before leaving so you don't miss your flight like I almost did. The private bathroom shower did not have hot water for very long (ended up using the main bathroom shower) and it is not recommended for both showers to be used at the same time (not enough pressure of hot water).
All in all the stay was great and I would recommend this place if you want a real Hong Kong experience. Personally I think it a great way to experience HK. There is a great noodle bar right outside the apartment that I would really recommend.
From the moment I was in contact with Dirk he was more than efficient, helpful and accommodating. Our stay was fantastic , a great location and a good size apartment for Hong Kong. It had all the mod cons, decent beds and Via the manager was a delight and very helpful. Thank you.
Great time in Hong Kong , Perfect Service and quick respond on our questions , very nice Location.
Free Nespresso Coffee and Tee
We will stay there again :-)
Dirk was very generous to us. The description of the apt fits well. The location of the apartment was in the heart of the city. It was a cozy stay for 5 people.
The amenities were very well handled. The appropriate people were promptly present to greet us and leave us to the cab just under the house.
Dirk was kind enough to arrange a cab also for us.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
Dirk and Via were great, communications were efficient. The apartment is in the center of Causeway Bay which was super convenient, however the building is very old and the lift is quite scary as the lift got stuck many times after we got in and won't go down to the ground floor, so we had to get out and take the stairs instead (lucky the apartment is on the 3rd floor). The apartment is stylish and nice, the dining table and chairs are excellent. Regarding the cleanliness of the apartment, we weren't satisfied with it as we found hair all over the apartment, stains on drinking glasses, and dust from the bathroom exhaust fan on the bath towels. Dirk then offered maid service everyday for us after my complaint but I turned it down coz we basically just cleaned the apt ourselves.
The unit is very spacious and very comfy especially if you travel with group of friends, this unit would suit you perfectly. We also love the interior design of the unit. It is quite decent and artsy. Last but not least, the location is very strategic. It is so easy to shop around and find food because it is surrounded by commercial areas nearby. We'd definitely book this place whenever we travel to HK.
Dirk & Via were amazing! Thorough, efficient and the communication was excellent. We wanted to experience Hong Kong just as you would if living there and our experience exceeded our wildest dreams. At first glance the building is a little off putting which as we learned is standard for most older buildings. The apartment was clean and as described and situated right in the heart of Causeway Bay with public transport within 5mins walk. Shopping is king, the Ritz Carlton 118th floor was amazing and the food outstanding. We loved Hong Kong and would stay here again.
