Other things to note
The Red Tape:
We want you to enjoy your time in this home but do not put our rental permit at risk or you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet time is 9pm-10am.
■ All guests must sign a Rental Agreement after booking. You will be sent a link
to click and sign. Without a signed agreement which includes Golf Cart and Bike waivers access to the these amenities will be denied.
■ NO SMOKING! Smoking/Vaping of any type is NOT permitted anywhere ON or IN the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
■ All guests must be 25+ years old, for every 3 guests under 25 there must be 1 guest 25+. (Parents with children or young adults under 25 with are allowed)
■ 2 Vehicle Max in Driveway, there is first come first serve street parking. No Trailer parking allowed in NatureWalk.
■ We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
■ Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 10. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.
■ No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
■ NO pets are permitted at The Cali Bea at any time, not even visiting pets, inside or outside. Penalties OF $500 and cancellation of reservation without refund will be enforced.
■ Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.
■ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
