Have you ever dreamed of living within a fully vegan zero waste permaculture community that’s reinventing society where your health, the real wealth, is prioritized? A place with constant mild temperatures so that heat and air conditioning aren’t needed in your home. A place where food plants grow throughout the community utilizing better than organic chemical free growing practices. The Amazon Rainforest location also provides 12 hours of sunlight everyday and regular rainfall so that irrigation isn’t needed. A place where the plants are grown veganically without the use of animal manures. The vegan ethics of the community include no livestock and no pets. In addition the dietary guidelines of the community don’t allow for residents to consume the food like products of oil, salt, or sugar. This matches up with the Healthy Vegan Food guidelines for HealthSpan and Longevity. Daily purposeful aerobic exercise is achieved via tending to the food plants growing around your home and visiting nearby likeminded friendly neighbors. In addition, all of this makes complete sense when you realize this is one of the least expensive places you can live on Planet Earth. You might LOVE it so much you’ll want to build your own home in the Terra Frutis community!

***
Please note that the home, known as La Casa Mas Alta, has mountain spring sourced hot water however its temperature operation is inconsistent. You cannot mix the hot water with cold to make it warm. It’s either hot or cold. If you cannot get any hot water, or if you try to mix the water to make it warm and it shuts off, you’ll need to turn off the water faucet valve for at least a few minutes and the turn it on again but only in the full hot position. If you still can’t get the hot water to start in the shower, use this procedure: 1 turn off the shower and leave the lever at the full hot position, 2 “jump start” the hot water by turning on the hot water at the sink closest to the shower and running it until it flows full hot, 3 turn on the shower valve at full hot until the water runs very hot, 4 turn off water at the sink, then you are ready for your hot shower! Also, you can only use hot water at one location at a time, so you cannot get hot water simultaneously at multiple locations. Many Terra Frutis residents bathe in the many local flowing streams since they are more temperature consistent.

Please be VERY CAREFUL moving chairs and other items and furniture. Please lift them off the ground fully to avoid scratching and scraping the floor surfaces when they are moved.
